The Ketchums in Hogwarts

Flying?!

It's been a few weeks since Hermione's been in the hospital. Valentines Day is nearing.

Deciding I needed to get outside I headed out to the big pond with the giant tree on the small hill.

For some reason I wasn't cold,so I didn't wear any warm clothes. Just the new dress Hermione gave me.

Absol rubbed my hand effectionately as we journeyed down to the tree.The wind blew softly,lifting my extremely short hair up a few inches then settling it back down. "Its weird Absol,"I started,staring up at the sky,"Seeing all those clouds float by,and yet we're bound here."

We were underneath the tree,obviously the giant squid in the pond was looking for food,because a tiny bit of his tentacle showed up. Absol yawned,then payed down against the soft grass.

"Then maybe you should join them." A boy's voice said,suddenly something hit me,then I was upside down!!

It seemed like the tree roots were the ground and the grass was the ceiling!!!!

"Absol!!" I screamed,flailing my arms around as I tried to grasp onto the tree. If I let go then I would be sucked into the sky.

There was a laugh,then the boy left for me to clutch into the tree for my life.

"Absol go get someone!!"

Absol nodded,then ran back to the castle,I shut my eyes closed and tried chant sizing,

Please come,please come,please come.

Ash's p.o.v

"Nobody but the teachers can go." Harry said as we ate,there was a small meeting for the teachers who stayed about all of the attacks lately.

"Dang it." Ron muttered,piecing his pie with his fork over and over again.

Pikachu was on the table filling a sandwich with a bottle of ketchup,he loooooves ketchup. Pikachu tried hard to get the contents out,mainly because the hole was clogged up.

"Let me help." I grabbed the bottle and poured the ketchup onto the sandwich.

Absol ran over and tugged at my sleeve,"Wha-what's wrong Absol?!"

"Absol Sol!!!" He replied.

Instead of waiting for an answer he tugged at my sleeve hard,making me run out of the chairs and running behind him screaming. We passed through the labryth like hallways all the way until we were outside. Absol let go of me and started to run towards our favorite tree. Harry and Ron stood at my sides,Pikachu was on Harry's shoulder then jumped onto mine,

"Help!!" A faraway voice called,wait a minute.

"Is anyone there?!"

Harry started running towards the tree,it wasn't long until we followed him to the tree. No one was there. "Hello?" Ron called out. Someone grunted from above,I craned my neck and saw Alice in the-ALICE!?

"What happened?" Harry called as I started to climb the tree.

"What do you think I'm floating upside down." She replied,I crouched down on the branch next to her.

Alice's hair was light blue,from fear. She hugged the branch with her legs wrapped around it,she was staring straight down.

She watched me fearfully as I extended my hands out,reluctantly she took it as I led her down. Her dress srayed on as if she was on the groumd herself.When my feet touch the grass she clutched my forearm and stared at us,then at the sky.

Alice's P.O.V

It was like a giant abyss,with no end. The clouds were ready to hold onto my support,but betray their trust. I squeaked,burying my face in Ash's shoulder,"Don't let me fall!!"

Harry and Ron looked at me confused,"Why would you fall?"

"Just-just take me back to the castle please." I squeaked,wind rushed past my ear; Ash was moving.

"Alice how come Ash is starting to fly?"

My eyes opened, every step Ash took made him float a few feet from the ground. He looked like he was having fun while Harry and Ron had to run to catch up. Oh I know...

"Ash's weight cancels mine out, so I can't be falling into the sky." We were in the castle now, most of the students walking around stopped to stare at me.

"Do you think that meetings over?!" Ron panted as Ash stopped to decide which direction to go to. Harry tapped Ash's shoulder, whispered something in his ear, and the three started running again.

"What's going on?"

"What the?"

"Alice?"

Those were a few of the comments as the boys ran me away from the crowds as Harry and Ron bursted through a large set of double doors.We stayed behind to listen until Harry gave us a signal.

"Mr.Potter,Mr.Weasley I don't have any idea why you'd be in here on a fine day like this." Snape's voice spoke coldly.

"Headmaster," Harry started, "We have a problem."

"Has there been another attack?" Dumbledore spoke fearfully.

"Not exactly." Harry emerged from the side doors, "C'mon."

Ash gripped onto me tightly as he walked into the room, every teacher stared at me in shock. Dumbledore and McGonagall stood up and to us, kids were overflowing the doors trying to look at me.

"Alice, please let go of your brother." Dumbledore said kindly, I shook my head.

"If I do I'll fall."

"You wont fall Alice, your merely floating." He spoke, his eyes twinkling.

Ash looked up at me, "You'll be fine Alice."

Reluctantly our grip loosened, then our hands were separated. Instead of floating like Dumbledore said I fell onto the Ceiling, it was almost like standing on the earth.

"It looks as if your gravity had been reversed. How did this happen?"

"Perhaps she's gone off to play with her 'pets 'that they've gotten her into trouble." Snape sneered, his cold eyes glued to my face.

"Absol would never get her in trouble." Harry snapped.

"Careful Mr.Potter. Even though terms haven't started yet I can still put you in detention." Snape spat coldly.

"This spell should wear off eventually, but during that time you can still have your lessons. Especially since the lessons are in two days time. "

Everyone looked at Dumbledore in shock. Probably wondering how I can manage being upside down for a while.

"Now everyone, off to your dormitories. "

So there you have it for your 'special ' chapter. Yes Alice's gravity has been reversed HOW COOL IS THAT?!
