Why must life be so hard sometimes,
One minute I'm at the top of the world,
The next minute I'm in a grave,
Some say it's because we need to learn to appreciate the good times,
Others say it's because we deserve it,
I'm not sure which it is,
But I do know that it does make me appreciate the good times,
And sometimes I deserve it,
So maybe it's both
