Ilang beses ang kumurap nang maramdamang bumabalik ang aking malay.
My hands were tied up and I can feel my feet in chains. I struggled in the position I'm in, Trying to break the ropes on my wrist.
"Detective? Gising ka na ba?" His voice was tinted with fear and worry.
"Yeah... Yeah..." Napangiwi ako sa sakit ng katawan ko.
"Ai, Where's Chain?" I asked.
"Hindi ko alam..." I looked around the dark room. No signs of anyone else other than me and Aiden.
I tried to pull down the ropes that was tied to my wrist but I'm either too weak to do so, Or this is a hell of a strong rope.
"How long have you been awake?" I asked.
"Wala pang ilang minuto bago ka magising." Nanghihinang sagot ni Aiden.
Napabaling ang mga mata namin sa pintuan nang bumukas ito.
Hindi kami nagsalita namg sumilip ang isang malaking lalaki at sinarado ulit ang pinto.
"Sino naman 'yun..?" Tanong ni Aiden.
"I don't know... He doesn't look familliar." I answered.
My eyes shot up when I saw someone- No, Two people entered the room.
They flicked the lights on and I was greeted by non other than the people we've been chasing for months.
"Bakit ang tahimik niyo? Hindi ba kayo magagalit sa amin?" Serene asked. Aiden and I kept quiet. Neither of us talked.
"Do you remember us now?" Lieutenant Gray Mori looked at me with worry and concern.
His eyes shot a glare at Aiden. His expression changed in a millisecond.
From arched eyebrows to knotted, from a worried frown to flared nostrils.
"Hindi ko sinasadya..." Tinignan ko si Aiden na puno ng konsensya.
"I'm Sorry, Mac..." Mac? Did he just call Gray Mori, Mac?
"Sino ka ba talaga?" I asked.
"Gray Mori, Detective." He displayed a soft, innocent smile.
"Why did he call you Mac?" Morse laughed. My eyebrows met when his expression's changed again.
Dahan dahang humakbang papalapit kay Aiden si Lieutenant Mori. Napapikit ako namg dumapo ang kamao nito sa mukha ni Aiden.
The sound echoed before Aiden groaned in pain.
"You killed my twin..." Aiden coughed and spit out a generous amount of blood.
"Hindi ko sinasadya..." He said, Blood still dripping out of his mouth.
"You pushed him... I'll kill you..." Mori's jaw tightened. He grabbed Aiden's face and squeezed it.
Aiden let out a faint squeel.
Serene looked at me.
"Alam niyo manlang ba kung anong ginawa ninyo?" She glared at me with despair and pain.
Her heels clicked while walking towards me.
"Where is he?" Mahina kong tanong, Staring directly at her.
"Sino? Si Chain?" Tumawa ito.
"Hindi mo na siya makikita ulit." Tinitigan ko ito nang masama.
"You're scaring her too much, Serene." I looked behind her to see Acros- No, Daniel Lucas.
