Hinny- Black and White

Takes place in the beginning of Goblet of Fire

Before you ever touch your soulmate, all you see is black and white. A blank, colourless world.
When you are born, you're automatically assigned a soulmate by some devine entity. Most do however speculate that the Ministry themselves somehow did it. Though the Minister declined every spouting rumor.
The only wizards and witches who could see color were the past adults, who were born before this all. The wizards included Albus Dumbledore, Minerva McGonagall, Newt Scammander, Hagrid, and Lord Voldemort.
And ln the occasionsal exception for the people didn't have a soulmate
It started when your parents went to Hogwarts. Like the Marauders era, for an example.
A lot of people had met their soulmate. Like Hermione and Ron for an example; when in their first year, Hermione shoved past Ron who had insulted her. With that slight touch, they both saw in colour for the first time. 
But Harry was still clueless as to who was his soulmate.
The Weasley family and Harry went to the Quidditch Cup game  between Ireland and Bulgaria.
Ron was still obsessed with Viktor Crum.
They walked up to their seats on the bleachers and waited for the game to begin.
Ginny and Harry had stood right next to eachother.
Having to squeeze in to make room for other people, Harry and Ginny were shoulder to shoulder. In an explosion, colour began to fill in their eyes. The sight was beautiful yet overwhelming. Harry and Ginnt immediately looked at eachother  in shock wondering if the other could see color.
"You're my-" they both began to say but were cut off with exploding fireworks of green. Seeing colour made the world more thrilling.
Ginny's and Harry's hands were touching.
Harry grabbed Ginny's and and discreetly held it as the watch Bulgaria enter with their wonderful firework show. Ginny smiled softly and held his hand in return.
