Let's get one thing straight. For you, college sucks. Well, kind of. I can't really make that bold of a statement without backing anything up. Let me tell you about the situation in your life first.
You were born and raised in Sendai, Japan. Your dad was born here too but your mom on the other hand was born in Costa Rica, moved to the U.S when she was about 8 years old, and moved to Sendai when your mom and dad got married. Therefore, you were a bit darker then the other kids ever since you was little. No one would pick on you or say racist things to you, more just mildly offensive comments that you'd think were compliments in till you was a little older. "Did you stay in a microwave for too long after you were born or what? It looks like it." some of the kids would say. Looking back on those days isn't fun, but sometimes you have no choice. But, now, you have no time to look back on those times today. Today is your first day of college. And you know this much, it's going to be hell.
Packing all your clothes in your pastel, mint green suitcase was somewhat nostalgic to you. You don't know if it was that it was just summer break or maybe it was because you did actually like school but, whatever it was you missed it. "I'm ready." , You thought. "Or...At least I think I am." As you rushed to make and eat your partially burnt waffles in the morning, you rapidly put on your black and white high-top sneakers, frantically tying up the shoe lases. Rushing to the bus, rolling your suitcase on the sidewalk, you accidentally bumped into a 5.1 foot girl with two lengthy cyan ponytails that almost hit the sidewalk you were both standing on. "Oof-", you lipped. "Um... I'm sorr-" "Sing." the girl demanded in her oddly robotic Japanese accent. She held up a microphone she had from her black and cyan backpack with a big "39" written on it, like she was ready. The mic was nearly touching your lips at that point. "Okay t-then." you stuttered. You grasped the mic and started to sing "Gurenge", the Demon Slayer intro, sung by LiSA. The girl suddenly cut you off and muttered "Thank you, Lesbian Y/N." Wait. How does she know my name? you thought. Before you could ask, she was gone. Sidewalk and bus stop now empty, you waited for the bus to arrive to bring you to your first day of college.
As soon as you were dropped off by one of the Keio Dentetsu buses in front of my college, you picked up on a variety of different things. Number one, the campus was pleasant and easy on the eyes. Beautiful vegetation, stones walkways, paths and fountain. Number two, there was a milk tea place right beside the dorms so how could anyone say no to that. You had a little while before my first class started so, you decided to get my favorite flavor of milk tea, passion fruit with strawberry popping boba. The milk tea cafe had a pastel yellow exterior with white accents. On the inside, you could see it had a very vintage 1960's american diner aesthetic. The lineup for boba was about 13 people away from you so, you played Battle Cats, a cute little mobile game you play in your free time. All of a sudden, you feel two petite hands on your shoulders. They slowly drag you back. It gives you a bit of fright but then, you assume that is it one of you're "friends" from high school that weren't really your friend and that were just in your class. They always had no personal space anyways. But you were very wrong.
The small hands pulled you faster and farther back in till you were pulled behind of the cafe. The small hands spun you around in a rough manner. You see six colourful people. Each with j-pop idol-like outfits on. "What type of group is this?" You say, darting your eyes back and forth, looking at them. "An idol group of course!", A short blonde girl exclaimed. "I'm Rin, by the way." She handed you a sheet of paper with a phone number on it. "Um, sorry for asking but why are giving this-" Rin cut you off. "BECAUSE YOUR THE BEST SINGER IN JAPAN!!!" She screamed. "Ugh, Rin! Can you just shut up for one second!", A blonde boy yelled. "She REALLY loud by the way. Anyway, I'm Len. The better twin. What Rin means is is that Miku recorded your singing and we all really liked it." Miku stepped in front. It was the girl you bumped into. "Some of us more than others." Miku glanced and smiled at Rin. The peppy petite blonde girl smiled back. "Anyways, let me introduce you to the whole group of Hatume Miku!" Miku exclaimed. "This is Len, Rin, Meiko, Kaito, Gumi and Luka." The last girl Miku pointed at was staring at you. Not in a creepy way though. She was staring at you in a more intrigued, seductive manner, slowly yet seductively fluttering her eyelashes. She was curling her silky, pastel pink hair with her right index finger. "Luka is your name, huh?" You asked. "Y-yeah..." she smirked. You never really had a girlfriend so, you thought this might be your shot. "So, do you wanna join or not?" Miku asked.
"At this point, how can I say no?" You smiled.
