Chapter 5

    Steve and I had dated for 2 months now,and everything was going smoothly,...he was making me happy every moment,.....I now believed that he was my soulmate and we're destined to be together. I also had to release a song about him....haha.

             I remember a day we both visited my orphanage to check on the kids.
        One of my favorites came to me and said,....."you both look good together  big sis!!"
     Haha....I was so amazed after hearing that and pinched the kid's nose playfully.
        ...........The media was all there yapping about us ,...orghh!!! I tried to avoid them many times though.
                 ................

 
     That day it was Steve's Birthday,so I planned on a surprise for him at   midnight . The day went on as usual.
    So when it was almost midnight,I left for Steve's house.
                   .......
     About to knock the door,I heard a female voice and yeah,...the lady was talking to Steve.

       "Alisha,why did you come here at this time!!!,.... Mercel might reach here any time!!, you gotta go okayy,...I check on you tomorrow.".   [Steve]
      
      "Noo  Steve don't tel me you wanna leave me for that lady!!!,Is it because she's an artist!!!, Today's your Birthday,...and I was thinking of spending the night here with you!!!,".   -[Alisha].

       "Of course not babe,I can't leave you!!!,But you gotta understand that I love her too!!!,and ....I also love you!!!, I'll just be visiting you secretly!!!"-[Steve]
     
      "Steve!!!! I'm pregnant with your baby and it's high time you started thinking about me alone!!!,Not her!!"-[Alisha]........

    After hearing their conversation,.....I just felt like I was stabbed with a knife from the back,......I never thought Steve could do this to me!!!!,I was drowned in tears.
    Before they could even continue any further,...I budged into the house.

         Steve was so shocked and worried after seeing me in the house while Alisha just stood by smiling .

         "Soo ,this is how you pay me back again;!!"Steve!!!,I thought you had changed!!!,and here you're with someone else!, you could have just told me that you had a girlfriend you weren't ready to leave you know,....!!!!!"- I said in tears.
       Steve tried explaining things but before he could even talk I slapped him on the face and screamed,"Steve you are always a jerk,!!!!,asshole ,....dickhead,... I'm not a second choice you get!!!!!,...Either choose me or loose me!!!, I'm leaving right now and don't you even dare coming after me or else I'll become your worst nightmare.."....I said as I was about to leave the house,I turned to Alisha and said,"I'm sorry young lady,..I should have known better".........,and walked away.

      Alisha was still standing and I could tell she was feeling sad for me but she was also happy that I found out the truth.

      Steve tried coming after me but I just run into my car,and drove away while crying.
     I felt like a fool,and betrayed that time,....I just wanted to run to my mom's arms ,cry the hell out,and tell her what happened.   She was the only one I needed that time.
       
            Immediately, I reached my house,I curled myself in the couch and continued sobbing.
        Then suddenly I heard the door open. When I turned to see who it was, It was Steve again!!!
    
     "What are you doing in my house!!!!,I warned you never to come after me right!!,"-I said wiping my tears.
     
     "Babe,....I know,....what you saw hurt you,..but please, you gotta listen to me!!Bae, I love you!! and yeah,.... Alisha ,is my girlfriend,...3years after you left Uganda,I met her...and I fell for her,we started dating,.....Later I met you again,!!!,.... Mercel,.... It's been hard for me to leave her!!!,and now,.... she's even carrying my child,...I just...." - Steve said confusedly.
