Essen Kano is not your average elementary school boy, he was deemed a child prodigy at the age of four, when he made his first creation, a Super AI named Kira. His ability to hack into any device would have been more than enough to make him rich and wealthy, but he decided that it would be for the best if he stayed quiet about it so he could keep his sister safe as she is the only family he has left. Despite his great ability, he had wishes one was to be able to always protect his little sister and the second was to become omnipotent and omniscient.

He lives alone in an old mansion on the outskirts of a large town with his little sister, Ashley, because their parents died when he was five years old. On that day he promised that he would always protect his little sister and help her grow up. You see, Ashley is not a normal child either, she isn't a super genius like her brother but she is a neko so she has very heightened senses and ultrafast reflexes. Also, he has her hide her ears and tails when they go in public. However he lets her keep them out when they are home.

Their father was a construction worker and their mother was a computer programmer. That is where he got his knowledge from, so he decided to build a large shed next to the house so that he could work on his electronics skills. He also asked his sister if she wanted her own room, however she told him no and he just let it be.

One day the his came over to see what was in the shed and asked him to be his head of intelligence when he was just six years old. However before he agreed he wanted to set some rules.

#1 - His sister would not be involved in diplomatic disputes or wars.
#2 - His sister would be protected at all times to keep her safe.
#3 - He would be able to leave at any time.

Luckily the mayor agreed and he started working with the mayor in secret. He's been working for eight years as he is fourteen now and even his sister doesn't know about it yet. He has hacked into many governments and other secret societies and now has vast knowledge that he could use as blackmail, should he run into them anytime. However, now he is getting bored of this knowledge and wants do do something greater so he told the mayor he was leaving. The mayor thanked him for his work and bid him farewell.

Then he went for a walk in the woods with his sister. When they were pretty deep in she told him that she was going to go pick some berries and they went separate ways.After she left his view he started walking further into the forest. He kept going deeper and deeper as the forest got thicker. He eventually came to the entrance of a large cavern the sun started to set.

He turned around to go back, then he felt something pulling him towards the cave. As he entered into the cavern he got out a retractable handheld searchlight out of his pocket. When he turned it on he looked around and saw rigid walls and large rock formations. He looked towards the far side of the cave he saw a feint red glow and when he exited the far side of the cave he came into a large clearing with a small pond, water dripping into it from the ceiling and creating calm ripples in the water. He also found a large crystal floating about a foot off the ground, emanating a heavy aura. The pressure wasn't enough to suffocate him but it was enough to slow his movements by a large amount.

He stepped forward slowly and cautiously looking around in case he was being watched or followed. When he got close enough that he could almost  touch it a large holographic keyboard appeared in front of him asking for a key. When he inspected the crystal he saw runic text engraved on it. Using his heightened knowledge he laid his flashlight down on the soft grass and started decoding the runic message and it read:  "ONLY ONE WILL PASS FOR THIS IS A TEST FOR THSOE WHO THINK THEY ARE WORTHY, USE THE KEY AND UNLOCK THE TREASURES KEPT INSIDE."

He then figured out that he might be the one it was talking about and typed in his name and when he finished putting in the last letter he pressed the enter key. The hologram disappeared and the crystal started to crack and a bright light was seen emerging from the cracks. He then felt lighter and looked down only to see that he was now also floating alongside the crystal. With a last bright FLASH he was blinded and when he opened his eyes he expected to see the crystal again but all he saw was a small notepad with his name engraved on its dark red cover. When he grabbed it he fell unconscious, the last thing he saw was his sister running towards him while saying something he couldn't hear.

He entered his mind scape and infinite amounts of knowledge were poured into his brain, he felt as if his head was about to burst into a billion pieces. When it stopped he took in all of the information he was just given. While he was thinking about this he heard a voice calling for him, at first he didn't know who it was, but then he heard it clear as day, it was the voice of his sister calling for him, "wake up" she said as he closed his eyes once more.

He opened his eyes again and this time he found himself laying in his bed when he looked over, he saw his sister laying in bed next to him, she was holding his hand while crying. He also saw that she had her neko traits exposed. That was one of the perks of having a neko companion, I natural healing for themselves and those they care for. He reached his hand over and pat her head softly and that made her ears twitch slightly and she looked up at him as she showed a shocked expression that slowly changed into a look of silent relief.

As he sat up he noticed that she was looking at something that was above him.

Essen: What is it?
He asked her. Then she got a mirror out of his drawer and gave it to him, when he looked into it he saw four words writer in holograms above his head that wrote: "YOUR WISH IS GRANTED."
