Maddie woke up next to Newt on Saturday morning. "Good morning Maddie," Newt said, tickling Maddie gently. "I'm gonna go make pancakes," Newt said, smiling. So Maddie reluctantly got up, only being motivated by the pancakes and Newt of course. So she went to the kitchen and ate pancakes. "Hey," Maddie said to Newt. "I was thinking we could go skiing today." Newt laughed. "I'm not a skier." Maddie smiled. "That's ok," she said, "I'll teach you." So they drove to a ski resort. Newt was really terrible at skiing, and Maddie thought it was so cute. When they got tired of skiing, they went and watched the sunset while eating the most delicious cheese quesadillas.
