It All Started with a Game (Dramione) *ON HIATUS*

Ch 1: A New Idea

"Remind me why we're doing this again? " Ron groaned.

Hermione glared at Ron.

Harry sighed, having already told his best friend for countless times during the past hour, "You know how Hermione loves interhouse unity. "

"I get it, I get it! But can't we at least exclude the Slytherins? They were, or should I say, are bullies! "

"I agree with you on that, mate. " Harry said under his breath.

Hermione glared at Ron and Harry.

"It's not like I love interacting with Slytherins! But what's the point of having this game if we exclude the ones that we have the worst relationships with? Besides, we'll be spending a whole year with them. "

"But we'll be in separate common rooms like before! We're not going to see them 24/7! " Ron took one last chance at protesting.

"Actually, no. Professor McGonagall informed me that all 8th year students, except for the head students which will have a separate dorm, will be moving into a common room together 2 weeks later. She said something about freeing space for other students. "

Ron paled, "What?! But McGonagall didn't say anything about it this morning. How did you know? "

Hermione smiled smugly and pointed to her Head Girl Badge.

Harry sighed, "I'll help you as much as I can Hermione. I don't want the entire year to be fights and hexes again. "

Ron looked between Harry and Hermione, gaping incredulously.

After some more persuasion from the two, he shook his head in resignation, "Okay fine, but only for you guys. "

Hermione grinned, "Thank you, I knew I could count on you guys! Now, Harry, you think of what to ask the Room of Requirement to provide during the game. Ron, you think of the food and drinks provided, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. "

"You'll allow alcohol? "Ron perked up.

"Yes, Harry Potter! Dobby is forever thankful that Harry Potter freed Dobby! "

Thursday morning

"What's this? "Draco eyed the colourful poster that stood out because of the dark green walls.

"Dunno. But it says something about a drinking game so I'll go, "Theo shrugged.

Want to know who's your soulmate?

You are invited to a detective game which will show you who your crush and/or soulmate is, the main goal is to guess who likes whom, by asking each other questions throughout the game.

Eligible participants: 7th to 8th years (legal age or else you'll be kicked out) , singles (unless you want a mad partner)

Place: The Room of Requirement, 7th floor

Time: Friday after dinner, around 8pm

Amount of time to guess: A week after the game ends

Prize of the winner: Come to the game to know :)
