Eli Gardener was probably the most handsome man I've ever seen, but growing up I wasn't really allowed outside of the house. Since my adopted family was scared of me and people finding out what I could do they kept me locked inside. Even now with me moved out they send me money to keep me away, which to them isn't anything huge because they are rich anyway.
"So where are you from" Evan asks me, snapping me out of my train of thought.
"I'm from Colorado Officer Gardener" I tell him and catch Eli starting at me intensely.
"Nice, do you have any siblings or anything" Evan asks me.
"I have one but I didn't realize this was another interrogation officer" I say with a small laugh.
"No, just trying to figure you out and why you live in this huge place by yourself" Evan tells me with a glare. Eli growls at him for that.
"Bro do you have allergies or something? Your growling and sniffing is freakin me out" I say to Eli and his eyes widen at me.
"Don't talk to me like that, you're mine so you respect me." Eli growls at me. His? I don't care how good looking he is I don't belong to anybody. Especially some territorial boy who may just be hand crafted by god himself.
"I don't belong to anybody sir, so you can kindly suck it. Emily I appreciate you stopping by I really do, but I think you guys should go and maybe not show up at my house uninvited or without asking me" I say and watch as Eli gets a look of hurt on his face. Did I feel bad? Kinda but homedog needs some manners.
"I'm so sorry about all of this I swear every time we hangout it ends in disaster, I hope we can see each other soon." Emily says as she walks out dragging Ethan who was dragging Evan who was dragging Eli. It was like a dragging train and I would've laughed if I weren't so annoyed.
I waited until the door fully closed before locking it and headed towards my room. There was an anger and sadness in me that I couldn't explain and in my room it started to rain.
I guess my powers aren't as in control as I thought.
