The section was about half way into they're march, when they where on a ledge, overlooking a small road, taking a Water break.

Mike decided to check up on everyone. First he went to Dave, the sections GPMG gunner. He was holding a picture. "Hey dave. That you're family?" "No, that's my dog, my family sucks man" he laught.

Everyone else was fine to.

"Boy am i glad for-" "Shut the f*** up charlie i've heard enought of you're bullsh*t today!" Said Mike.

"But-" "NO charlie just be quiet"

They stayed there for 5 more minutes, then continued the march. But as they where getting down the ledge and where crossing the road, Mike and Fred where crossing when some lights appered ahead down the road. "F*** get to cover" said Mike. Everyone scrambled away. On each side of the road there was a ditch, and Mike and Fred dived into it. The rest of the section stayed at the other side and took cover there. It was a small patrol of 2 Russian GAZ-2975 "Tigr" vehicles. The section quietly decided to let then pass. Luckily, they weren't seen, or so they thought.

"Hey Vadim, what was that on the Road?" "Probably just a deer Tovarish, stop beeing Параноик, we just got here"

After the close call, they continued on south-east, and after a short march, which felt like it would never end, they redenzvous'd with B section. B section, having been inserted two week prior, had performed a recce, or reconnassiance, of the Fuel dump, the only road leading into the dump and out of it, and, as they just found out, a small, self-made landing strip for Air transport. Apparently, over the past 2 weeks they had been delivering supplies, weapons, troops and vehicles to a "staging point" somewhere west of the landing strip.
B section hadn't been able to recce further for the risk of being compromised.

Unfortunatly, no air strikes could be performed, as air superiority had be achived by the Russians a few weeks prior. And so it was decided to Commando teams to hit targets deep in Russian territory. The SAS, SBS had already been doing that for Months now, and this was the first time the Royal Marines where to join in.

"Well that then comfirms our suspicion about the russians invading Norway." Said Mike. "They will also probably be expecting an enemy attack. 2 of my guy's, my marksman and one of my riflemen where out doing a recce of one of the roads north of us, and they got compromised and both died after a short firefight." Added the section commander of B section, Ben. "I'm sorry to hear that" said Mike, but it fell on deaf ears. The whole of B section seemed to be depressed after the loss of they're teammates, thought Mike. "Let's not make they're death in Vain" Mike said to himself quietly, and with that they set off into the woods, hopefull that all would come out alive...
