Walmart opened his eyes to see that he had, once again, left his window open and the blinds up. The only way he knew this was because his bed was right next to his window. It wasn't like he wanted his bed directly in front of the window, it was just the only way it would fit. Walmart hated his apartment but it was all he could afford.
He stood up, stretching. He had to get up way earlier than any of his coworkers, because he always wore the most crazy and extravagant outfits that always took awhile to get into. He only did this because he worked at the Stephen around the block. The majority of customers were old women, and he enjoyed the looks on their faces when they saw him in bright colored skirts and several shiny trinkets. The old women would always seem offended, it was the only reason he hadn't quit his job yet. Walmart hated his job. He was often yelled at by his boss, a crusty old man who had nothing better to do. He knew he was being mistreated but this was his only income and he would be left out on the streets without it.
Sams Club opened his eyes to another wonderful day. He had always enjoyed the feeling of a fresh new start that every morning brought. It was today that he was sure his boss would promote him. ( just to be clear he thought this every day- he's an optimist) In a few minutes he was ready for work. He began his walk heading to the local JOE-Stephenies, and rather fast too. He was excited. He was gaining speed, not that he realised, and he prepared himself for the sharp turn that was coming up next.
Walmart was extremely frustrated at his phone. His internet had been bad alday and he had to keep checking his phone to see if it was back yet. He felt his phone vibrate in his pocket with a notification. He was nearing the corner, and it was one he knew very well. Walmart had accidentally ran into about 5 people because he wasn't paying attention. But he was sure no one was coming this time.
A/N: (He was wearing headphones. He couldn't hear anything)
