Y/n's eyes fluttered open. The glaring sun rays hindered her vision while she tried to adjust to the brightness. She sat up while rubbing her chest, the place where the evil God's spear had stabbed her–resulting in her death.
It's not there anymore?
Y/n observed her surroundings. A field full of flowers. What a pleasing sight. Y/n got up and felt where her previous scars were. She could not feel a single scar or scratch mark.
Had I been reborn?

I must find Rex Lapis..and Xiao!
How many years has passed?..He's still waiting for me, right?
Without thinking, Y/n started sprinting in the direction of Liyue. She had no idea how she knew the way there. Y/n just..knew.
Her heart burnt with desire to run into Xiao's arms and greet her beloved God. She kept running untill she reached the entrance leading into Liyue.
Who knew the passionate flame in her heart would die away in an instant.
Her beaming smile faded away.
The excitement in her eyes were gone.
In front of her, Xiao was standing together with another adeptus.

Xiao turned to the female adeptus and pecked her on the lips.

He looked at her lovingly and handed her a beatiful flower. Xiao helped place it into her hair and kissed her again. Y/n always smiled when Xiao smiled.
Why wasn't she smiling now then?
