On the last evening of the small vacation you all decided to do a campfire beside the beach. You were sitting between Namjoon and Jin while Jungkook was sitting in front of you. He was staring at you while you were trying so hard to avoid his gaze.
Jimin: Should we play the same game...what do you think, Jungkook?
Jungkook simply stood up and rushed inside. You excused yourself and followed him. The boys glared at Jimin for spoiling the mood.
Jimin: Hey!! I’m just trying to make them realise they like each other... Namjoon: That’s what you think...Jimin. It’s about y/n and Jungkook. It’s for them to decide whether to make this fake relationship real or not. You already know how much Jungkook is going through. His family is again forcing him to leave the group and get married to some random girl. And you are just troubling him.
Jimin: But hyung I’m just...I’m sorry I won’t do it anymore...I’ll let them figure out their feelings on their own.

Jungkook: Didn’t expect you to follow… You: I thought you would need someone to talk to…
Jungkook simply turned towards you and pulled you into his arms. He simply wanted a hug from his dear friend, y/n. You understood he was troubled. His ignorance made sense.
You: You can tell me anything, I won’t judge… Jungkook: Family issues...they want me to quit all this. Dad’s after me and it’s really tiring. I just can’t deal with this shit anymore.
You slowly patted his back. He was complaining cutely about how messed up his life is. How sad he was during the past days.
Jungkook: I never wanted to ignore you...it’s just I was getting angry a lot and I didn’t want to lash out my anger on you. I’m sorry…
He snuggled his head into your neck searching for warmth. You tried to give all your warmth to him.
You: Everything will be okay...trust me…
For a moment you felt someone was looking at the two of you from a distance. You tried to free yourself from Jungkook’s hold but he didn't let go of you, instead he tightened his grip around you.
Jungkook: Stay...please…
You couldn’t deny him. The person already left the place from where he was keeping an eye on you.
Jungkook: Am I pathetic? You: Don’t think like that...everyone faces difficulties and may feel vulnerable but that doesn't make them pathetic…
Jungkook: I thought you were dumb!! You: And you are still mean…
Both of them laughed. They were still hugging each other. It feels right with the right person.
