It was a decent morning in the RR mansion this time. Decent because Kirti was still asleep so no one had to listen to the typical Nibba-Nibbi morning wishes. Amma was already out for pooja quite early in the morning and Farhad was still unwell so no third party disturbance as the adorable couple slept peacefully. The sunlight wasn't harsh but bright enough through the curtains to illuminate the room a bit. Pallavi ad always been a light sleeper when it came to lights, even a little flick and her mind would wake her up so currently as she groaned at the contact of the sudden light that penetrated inside her room. She tried pulling up the duvet to her face only to find the task a lot difficult that it was supposed to be.

Damn was this duvet filled with dumbells. she cursed.

As the weight of those dumbells shifted on her due to the sudden pull of the duvet, her eyes widened open in the fear of an animal above her but fortunately it wasn't some wild animal or a cute puppy, rather than anything cute it was actually her husband who had recently found a new to grant him a peaceful sleep everynight. Partially lying on her.

Everynight since the past week, her husband would get back in the room late night after work, grab his PJ's and would fall partially ontop of her and partially on the bed, snuggling deeper into her waist and would doze off into some wonderland. It had become a task or rather a personal gymming session for her every morning to get off from his grip and leave the bed. So that's what she did again, dried slipping away his weight from her only to make him snuggle more as he moved a bit up from her waist. Her cheeks flushed when she saw him smile in his dreams as soon as she touched his arm, ruffling his hairs she did the last thing she does everyday. Called out to him in a sweet tone.

"Raghav. Utho subah ho gayi hai." she spoke in a soft voice moving her fingers in his hair.

"Sone do na Saree ka dukaan aur tum bhi so jao. " he turned his face towards to door away from her.

"Raghav tum so sakte ho lekin mujhe bahut kaam hai. Amma ke mandir se aane se pehle naashta bhi banana hai." she reminded him.

"Han aur uske liye main Reddy ko salary deta hai." came a groan from his side, "Lekin tum toh sunega nahin." he left his grip on her swiftly sliding onto the bed.

"Banata wahi hai main bas help karti hoon kyunki mujhe achcha lagta hai." she patted his back to which he dismissed her with his hands and she went to get freshen up laughing at his kiddish antics.

Pallavi examined the kitchen, it had been a week and a hald since they got settled back in this house but she was still not sued to all the modern appliances and wierd gadgets of his kitchen. Today she had planned to make a cake from him that got ruined last night because well as he had cutely said it earlier, he wanted her to make it the day she thinks that he deserves it and with all the recent happenings because of Ved. he had very well been occupied to keep his family safe so he definitely deserved some sugar rest.

"Ma'am kuch chahiye aapko." came Reddy's voice from the counter as he made dosa's for breakfast.

"Cake bana hai." Pallavi gave a sheepish smile.

"Aap oven use kar sakti hai. Waise bhi abhi uska koi kaam nahin hai." Reddy smiled helping her out with the ingredients.

Pallavi glanced at the high tech oven infront of her. Well she had never used one before but what could go wrong? Right?

Raghav buttoned his waistcoat as he looked arounf for his watch. Ever since Pallavi had walked into his life, she had basically taken over it and turned it into a systemized order rather than a mess. So now all his morning requirements were out and arranged before he came out from the washroom. He didn't have to worry about any file or call out for his servants because his wife was a perfectionist in her work. His Wife. There was that word that made his stomach churn in pure happiness. She was a part of his life. A more prominent one. But the recent stress had worn him out, everytime he tried to tell her the truth, something or the other would intervene and now his confidence had given up and his selfishness had taken over. He wasn't gonna let anybody ruin the things between them. She would never know the truth.
