when I went home

Ashley pov

I was so scared , I didn't knew what was happening , who shot whom and what was happening in the home , I was so shocked that I stood on the same place for about 15 min and when I got a little sane , I quickly took out my phone and dialed caleb number...after about 5 rings he picked up

"Ash , what happened"caleb asked normally and I could hear the loud music from behind him

"Caleb you need to take me home , noww" I shouted so that he could hear me properly

"Why ash what happened , the party is so cool , I want to stay"caleb said

"Caleb there something wrong at home and I need to go , just please come fast , I'll meet you near the car"i said

"Ok I am coming"he said

I went to caleb's car and waited there for him after about 5min he came and we both sat in the car and he started driving he was asking me what happened , why I am so panicked, what's wrong at home,
But I couldn't answer a any question I didn't knew what was happening I was so paranoid that I just sat there doing nothing but thinking..

When we reached my street I could see police car's spread like a jungle fire , there was so much chaos but somehow we managed to reach my home and when we got out I saw kevin body laid on the stretcher , and ....and he was dead , now I really not knew what jusy happened ....

"Young lady you are not allowed in here "a cop said

"Shut up shit hole this is my house"i replied

"Oh, so you are mr jackson's daughter, you should come with me detective ronald wants to talk to you "he said

I just followed him to detective ronald , caleb was with me he was assuring me that everthing would be fine ..

"Sir this is mr jackson's daughter "the cop said

"Hello miss I am detective ronald, and I asuure you that no matter what happens we would find the killer"ronald said

"You can call me ashley and what did you said killer"i asked scared

"I am sorry ashley but your mom and dad and your housekeeper are shot"ronald said with sympathy

What,.. is he liying , what did he jut said , is he out of his mind , how can this happen my mom and dad can't die , I know that I love to test there patiance and I never obyed them but I loved them , how can this be possible , who shot them .....
I didn't knew what was happening but I started crying , I started crying so hard that I didn't knew that I was sitting on the road and crying...

"Ash I am so sorry , I am so sorry, I promise everything would be fine"caleb hugged me

"I don't ..kn..know ca..leb how can ....this ..be happening"i said between sobs

"Mam you need to calm down "the cop said

"How can I calm down you fucking idiot , how can I fucking calm down when my parents are dead , what would I do now ....."again I started crying

Caleb hugged me tightly and we both went inside the house , the house was a mess there were thins scattered all over the place and on the wall there was blood , I couldn't help but cry more , I just stood there in caleb's arm and cryed....

After some time the cop came inside and told me that I need to leave but need yo come to the police station first thing in the morning , I went outside the house but didn't have the strength to see mom's body so I decided that I would just stay the night at caleb's home and than in the morning I would go to the police station...

We went to the car and caleb went to the driving seat and started driving , the car ride was silent and caleb didn't made any conversation and I was thankfull of that , because I really didn't want to talk to anybody right now.

We reached his home and I went direct to the guest room , his mom and dad were not home they were on some business trip ,I was familiar with his house because we always stayed over at each other's place..

Usually I stayed in caleb's room but today I wanted to be alone , and just wanted to cut myself from the rest of the world , so I went inside and laid on the bed and just stared st the ceiling and just started thinking , what would I do now, what would I do without my parents....

"Hey ash I brought you something to wear"caleb said and come inside the room with his t-shirt and boxers .

I took them from him and changed it, we were totally okay in changing in front of one another I mean we wore our undergarments already so it was okay to change..

"Thanks caleb , I know you want to talk but I really vant talk right now, I am not feeling like talking at all , I hope you understand" I said

"I totally understand ash , you just sleep , we'll talk in the morning"he said and placed a kiss on my forehead and went out of the room..

There was so much going on in my mind that I was not able to sleep because of that ....I just laid there ....

Caleb pov

I was so shocked on seeing all of that in front of me , who can shoot mr and mrs jackson they were nice people but a little strict..how could this happen to ashley , she showed that she didn't care about anything but I knew she loved her parents and they loved her ....

I loved ashley so much , not the love kind of love but more like the brother and sister kind of love , and seeing her like that just broke my heart , I didn't care what would happen now I just knew that I will be there for ashley..
