Third Person
Todoroki walks into his dorm room he shared with Shinsou. He looks at the clock '17:33' (5:33 pm) he had almost an hour before Shinsou was done with training. He lays down and starts watching a random movie in the TV they brought in. A scene of a father b3&ting their son, triggers Todoroki's PTSD as he starts to spiral...
"Use your left side, boy!!!! Your pathetic!!! " the flame hero, Endeavor yells at 5 year old Shoto. "I-it hurts!!!!" Shoto sobs, falling into the floor. "I'll give you something that hurts!! You pathetic piece of sh¡t!!! " Enji yells and walks over and starts to hit Shoto.
Todoroki's breathing speeds up as he sobs. The only 'coping' skill he knew, was to cut.... His entire body shakes as he walks into the bathroom and grabs his razor, not even bothering to close the door. He pulls off his coat and discards it on the floor. His cuts from this morning sting as they are exposed to the cold air. Tears run down Todoroki's face as he presses the cold metal into his skin and makes a long deep cut across his arm. The blood starts beading at the wound and then spills down his arm and dripping onto the white tile floor. Todoroki pets out a choked sob but continuing, leaving more cuts all over his bruised and burned arms. He takes his left hand and grabs tightly onto this right wrist, where a bleeding cut is, and heats it up a lot, until flames appear, letting out a loud sob of pain, falling to the floor. He sits there for a few minutes, just sobbing... He wanted nothing more than to die right then and there.... He reaches a shaky hand down and grabs the razor and shakes as he presses it to the fresh, bleeding burn he created. He sobs loudly as he cuts into it.
Shinsou opens the door to their room, having ended training early to spend time with Todoroki. He hears todoroki's strangled sobs and slams his stuff down. "Baby!! Are you okay?!? " he tells as he makes his way to the bathroom.
"N-n-no" Todoroki sobs out, cutting even more.
"No!! Stop!! " shinsou yells when he sees Todoroki.
"I-i can't... I-i have to.... " he says shaking. he brings the razor up to his neck, shaking hard and pushes the blade to the soft skin. Shinsou can't do anything without making him injure himself more. Until he reilzes what quirk he has.
"STOP;!!! " he commands, brainwashing Todoroki. He felt horrible for doing so without his consent, but he had too... "Put the razor down" he commands. Todoroki's eyes we're dead and blank as tears still leaked from them, running down his cheeks as he obeyed. Shinsou starts sobbing as he calls the teachers and 911. He grabs clothes and wets them and presses them to Todoroki's arms. He couldn't.... He wouldn't... He won't let todoroki die!!!!
Aizawa comes rushing in, with Recovery Girl. Shinsou has to step back, sobbing so hard, he's not much help anymore. Due to being so upset, he unable to control his quirk anylong, and breaks the brainwashing. Todoroki See's the teachers and starts sobbing even harder. "I-im so sorry!!!" He says, before going limp....

I'm so sorry yall.. I wanted to do some sad sh¡t and I crowd while making this...
Todoroki died shortly after..... Causing Shinsou to lose it and jump off the dorms....
