HOUSE OF ASHES X MALE OC

PROLOGUE

We set our eyes on a man hold down someone on a stone slab while holding a knife.

?: hold still, your blood will pay the debt our king demands.

The man holds the knife and is about to strike before a soldier walks in.

Soldier: general balathu, the king has asked for you.

Balathu lowers the knife before looking at the man.

Balathu: the gods smile upon you ...... for now.

As balathu walks to the door as the soldier looks at the man.

Soldier: you are lucky.

Balathu: luck?, this dog as no luck.

He then walks out as the soldier grabs the man and takes him away, balathu walks into a large area with soldiers around and a man sitting on a throne on top of a small hill with a girl in front of him.

Balathu: you call for me my king.

King: yes (points to the girl) i want you to look at her, who does she remind you of.

Balathu: my daughter, she would have been eightteen this year.

King: it is a shame what this plague has done to all of us, kill her.

Balathu goes to the girl and grabs her head and pulls out his knife but the girl elbows him in the gut and runs down the stairs, balathu gets up and looks to a soldier.

Balathu: give me your spear.

The soldier gives it and balathu takes aim at the girl who is nearly at the exit only for balathu to throw it at her impaling her in the back as she falls to the ground balathu walks over and pulls his sword out to chop her head of and tosses it to the feet of the king.

In the dungeon we see the man behind bars as a guard watches him before the man mocks the guard making him walk up to the bars only for the man to grab him and put him in a chokehold till he passes out and lets go before grabbing the keys along with the sword and makes his way to the throne room.

Outside we see balathu with soldiers froming a line of shields and spears in front of the main gate ready for the attack while the moon starts to block out the sun we see a army running to the line once they make it all hell breaks loose as people slash, stab and punch each other spilling blood as they fought we slowing go down into the ground to see a tunnel before a sherik was heard.

Back to the man he stands out side a door getting ready to fight, he opens it and charges in only to see the soldiers dead along with the king, he hears yelling and looks to the door to see balathu run in and closes it and places a spear into the holders and holds the door, the man runs to him to attack only to stop when he hears banging on the door.

Balathu: help me please, im not your enemy.

The man runs up and holds the door with him.

Man: what the hell is going on out there?.

Balathu: hell that's what's going on.

The door bangs as something is trying to get in.

Balathu: come on this way.

They run as the door breaks open and something runs in, they run into a side room that has stairs leading down.

Balathu: here help me block the door quick.

The man grabs a pole off the wall and jams it into the hinges of the door as balathu grabs on and slides it into the lock before turning around and walks down the stairs with the man behind him.

Balathu: so what's your name?

Man: my name is kurum.

They make it down the stairs and into a room full of bodies along with a pit in the middle that leads deep underground.

Balathu: come this way there is a way out through the tomb.

Kurum: tomb?.

Balathu: yes for the builders, when they are done.

Kurum: how many bodies is there here (looking around the room).

Balathu: too many to count.

They slowly walk to the exit but stop when they hear something scraping around a corner and get behind a pillar ready to attack, balathu slowly looks around the pillar only to see a rat run by.

Balathu: come this way.

Kurum: a warrior scared of a rodent, I have seen it all.

Balathu:(picks up a helmet) they died in vain for a mad king.

A bug crawls out making him drop it before moving to the exit as kurum looks at the wall.

Kurum: why did your king raid the temple.

Balathu: same thing history thought us, for riches and glory.

Kurum: and for greed.

They both get to the door and slowly push it open to see a long corridor with the door on the other end a bit opened.

Balathu: quick we must move quick.

They both walk quick to the to door but stop when they see something slowly push it open before running back into the Tomb and closing the door blocking it but hear a screech coming from the pit and pull out there swords to fight.

Balathu: here they come.

Kurum: if we both run...

Balathu: then we both die.

They both attack the creature as it jumps them only for balathu to get pushed into a wall and kurum goes into the door and into the corridor as balathu gets up only to see fangs and a claw come down onto him and kurum gets up to hear his screams before it turns quiet as claws slowly come into view from the door before being pushed opened and something jumps at kurum as he screams in terror.

(So sorry for the long wait here  I was trying to save everyone in the game but kept losing one but i saved them all and sorry if this sucks now onto chapter 1)
