Date Night: Part One

It was 6:30 when I decided to go home. I have enough time to make myself presentable for our... Get together tonight. I mean he was taking me to go see a lustful movie and dinner and all but that can be viewed as a friend get together, right?

Mikasa wasn't home to give me a hard time. She must've been spending the night with her friend Annie or something. I probably cause her so much trouble she needs to escape from me. She doesn't have anything to worry about though, I'm a big kid.

I went to my bedroom and immediately headed to the shower.
I washed my hair and scrubbed at me all over to make sure I was nice and clean, I mean c'mon Levi is a clean freak. Grabbing a towel and wrapping it around my waist; I pulled out a plain wine red shirt and jeans. Finished off my whole look with a leather jacket and grey

It was 7:26 by now. I still had plenty of time. I threw my jacket and beanie on the bed and went back to the bathroom to fix my facial appearance.

I washed my face and brushed my teeth as well as combed my hair. I looked presentable. I think.
I decided I'd just wait out on the front porch for him. I had nothing better to do.

Just as I grabbed my jacket and beanie there was a doorbell ringing I could hear clear from the front door. I ran downstairs and to the front door to be greeted by non other then Levi.

7:34. "You're early," was all I said, gazing at him. He was wearing jeans and a plain grey shirt along with his own leather jacket.

"Ey kid, we're going to miss the movie," he waved me to his car.

"That's fine with me, I mean I'd rather watch the Spongebob Movie that just came out,"

"Even better,"

"Wait, are you serious?"

"Are you?" Levi said turning to me.

"I say it would be better then 50 Shades of Gay- I mean- Grey." Best fuck up ever, Eren. I mentally facepalmed myself. There was no legit reason as to why I would need to stutter but hey, that was kinda funny.

Levi started the car and we silently drove to the theaters. It's not like there was much to say I mean most of our conversation would probably take place after, like in the movies guy and girl get together and their all awkward until they do stuff then they chat away for hours. Typical.

It wasn't long before we reached the theater. In this town everything was close together so if you were out you weren't out long. It made traveling easier at least.

We strolled up to the front desk and Levi got our tickets to the Spongebob movie. Surprisingly we didn't get any weird looks for purchasing tickets to such a ridiculous movie. It made me wonder how many childish adults came before us. God bless.

"Popcorn?" Levi asked as we entered the building.

"Sure. I'll pay,"

"No, no. I pay," Levi said blandly. Although he showed no expression ((except anger and irritation at times)) he just seemed like a cool guy. Cool guy vibes; and for the millionth time that day my cheeks heated up.

I turned my head from him hoping he wouldn't notice. This guy was a card. If he saw my face he'd probably pull some shitty pick-up lines or do something like he did back at the lounge.

Maybe this was a date night.
