I woke up to dad's yelling and got up taking a shower and getting dressed before heading downstairs "hey good morning Gelo" dad said to me i sighed sitting down "I'm not Gelo I'm LaDainian" I said drinking some Orange juice "oh that's right sorry son" dad said and I just nodded as Gelo came downstairs I looked at my outfit then looked at his seeing that we had the same thing on I rolled my eyes playfully and shook my head this happened every once in awhile but neither of us really minded Liangelo sat next to me "morning twin" he said glancing at me "sup Gelo how'd you sleep?" I asked glancing at him as well "well I slept good thanks for asking" he replied back with a slight smile seeing Lamelo and Lonzo come down "what's up fam" me and Gelo say at the same time Lonzo shook his head "that's that twin telepathy boy" he said sitting down Lamelo nodded and went to the kitchen since dad said that the food was done everyone else got up and made their own plate we all ate and grabbed our backpacks I went out and got into the car with Gelo as we drove to school we got there and I got out I went my locker and got all of the textbooks I'll need for the day I closed the locker and saw Izzy standing there "I'm not Gelo go away you crazy women" I said in a chill tone before walking away to my class I sat down next to Gelo shaking my head "dude you gotta start doing something differently your girl will not leave me alone" I explained "I know bro I know i'll try" he said patting my back "yeah you said that last time" I said before looking to the front listening to the teacher

The bell finally rung for lunch I hurried out of the classroom heading to the cafeteria and sitting at a table with some of my friends, Gelo, and Izzy "dude I hate that class it sucks" I said to Jay before sitting next to him "what class was it?" He asked "theater arts" I replied that teacher sucks and so does the class in general" I said shaking my head Jay nodded in agreement "you gonna eat or what?" He asked as he took a bite of his burger "nah but I prolly should since I have practice after school" I said getting up and going to get lunch then coming back and eating "see it's not that bad is it?" Gelo asked looking at me I just glared at him "yes it is bad but I need the energy for practice"
I said as I saw Nevaeh come around I instantly got nervous you're prolly wondering why ((⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️mentions of domestic violence⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️)) well Nevaeh Isn't the best girlfriend she beats me constantly when we aren't around anyone and I want to say something but I feel like I'd look weak so I just suck it up and move on I put on a not so obvious fake smile and looked at Nevaeh before the bell rang signaling to go to next period " saved by the bell" I mumble quickly getting up before Nevaeh grabbed me and pulled me into the janitors closet "look what do you want" I asked her rolling my eyes she quickly slapped me and I held my cheek "don't talk to me or look at me like that LaDanian" she said I rubbed my temples "my bad can I help you?" I asked with a fake smile "you want to go bowling with me tonight?" She asked I shook my head "nah shawty I got practice" I half lied I did have practice but I had it right after school not later on said before just walking out of the janitors closet and walked to class

The bell rang signaling dismissal thank god I thought going to my locker and quickly putting my textbooks away and closing my locker I see none other than Nevaeh "move women" I say slightly pushing her to the side she grabbed me and punched me causing me to get a black eye I just look at her "you're so lucky you're a girl cause if you weren't I'd beat you black and blue" I said shaking my head and walking away going to the locker room and quickly changing before heading to the court to practice some of my teammates saw my eye and tried to see what happened but I just brushed them off and before I knew it practice was over I went back into the locker room to change back and I got into the car with Gelo "hey man you ok? Like really me and everyone else are worried about you you seemed kind of aggressive and angry at practice" Gelo said with genuine concern in his eyes "look man you and everyone else is getting me hot dawg just leave me alone man I don't want to talk about it" I said Gelo just sighed and started driving home soon we got home and I got out walking in with my head down trying to avoid everyone but of course failed "hey man how was your day?" Dad asked me as I continued to look down "aye man look at me when I'm talking to you" he said "sorry dad just tired I need to go lay down" I lie and head up to my room taking my backpack off and flopping down on my bed I let out a heavy sigh before I heard my door open "I don't want to talk right now whoever you are" I say to no one specially "hey hun you seem down what's up?" I heard my mom say and felt the bed dip signaling she had sat down my eyes started watering "nothing I'm just a little....sleepy that's all" I said pulling off a fake yawn "alright we'll get some rest love you" she said before walking out "yeah love you too" I said back before grabbing my phone out of my pocket and seeing a bunch of missed calls and texts from Nevaeh I throw my phone at the wall and punch my pillow I just can't get that women to leave me alone it's apparent that I don't want to be with her I don't how she dosen't get that into her big head I just left her on read and charged my phone before closing my eyes and falling asleep hopefully tomorrow will be better I doubt that it will but hey at least I still have a little bit of hope
