"Any drinks for you sir?"

You leaned on the bar waiting for an order or just a "I'm good for now"

"Your best Whiskey"

The man murmured under his breath with his head down.

You nodded grabbing a cup and pouring in about halfway before placing the drink in front of him.

It was past 1am and your shift would be over soon, but you had to wait for one of your co-workers to clock in before you left. Which you didn't appreciate since they usually arrived late.

You were going crazy, the lights were dimming and you knew who would perform now.

Hwang Hyunjin

Every Friday he would give a performance most notably a dance which always ends up somewhat lustful.

And today was no exception. You would be lying to say you weren't in for the show, but at the same time you didn't appreciate the way he would dance.

And everytime he would finish his performance something always felt off. Maybe it was just you or there was actually something wrong with that guy.

It felt like everyone was in a daze, nobody would take there eyes off him because he was absolutely perfect.

Yet you knew that was more than a lie.

You felt some sort of hatred towards him despite not knowing the guy. You couldn't understand the emotions. Deliberately speaking you could never recall the night's after he performed either.

So there wasn't any cler reason you hated him or why you would, but you knew you just did.

You pushed off your thoughts seeing your co- worker arrive to take their shift. You smiled gratefully as for once they arrived on time.

"Did I miss Hyunjin?"

Jeongmi asked her eyes sparkling with hope.

You laughed to yourself realizing why she had arrived earlier than usual.

"You just missed it, maybe try to come earlier next time"

She sighed, her eyes losing its sparkle.

You knew about her huge crush on Hyunjin since the first day she came to work here.

She had managed to get her first day of work on a Friday when Hyunjin gave one of his best performances.

To say the least she's been working extra hard to be able to see him every time. Sometimes even on her days off she'll put the extra effort to see him.

So far nothings worked for her, and you know very well how hard she tries. Every once in a while you even pitch in a joke, but in all seriousness you kinda hope she doesn't meet him.

It's not something you kept a secret from her, and sometimes she blankly agrees.

The guy is creepy. You don't see him after he performs and no one hears of him until the night of.

Again it might seem like you're being irrational, but deep inside everyone slightly agrees.

You bid your goodbye to Jeongmi and went to the employee room where you retrieved your bag.

Usually you left through the front to give one final bye to your coworkers, but since it was a Friday you figured there would still be too many people. Hence you went through the back.

The only problem with the back was the fact that it lead to the ally way. It wasn't the most pleasant place and gave you the creeps especially after dark.

It was no different at that moment, you felt a chill up your spine and the night began to become more uneasy.

You're not the type to stay during uncomfortable situations and would leave as soon as possible. It just so happens you couldn't.

Hyunjin was standing at the end of the alleyway as if he was waiting for someone. He wasn't doing anything other than being on his phone, but stopped as soon as he noticed you.

Though you couldn't see him clearly, the moonlight was just enough for you to see that he was walking towards you.

You debated walking back inside like of you had forgotten something, but remembered the back door locks automatically after closing. And since today wasn't your day to close you didn't bring your key.

The only other option now was to walk past him which seemed impossible now since he was already arm distance from you.

"Y/N right?"

His voice was much different than you expected, but on a completely other note how did he know your name?

You didn't know whether to respond or just try passing him. Either way you weren't comfortable doing anything.

But you weren't given a choice, he proceeded to ask you again, this time it was obvious he didn't have any patience.

"Yes, why?"

"Do you have any time for a meal?"

He completely ignored your question and looked at you showing a drinking motion.

There was no fucking way you were going to go drink with the guy, but somehow you felt enticed, there was this uncalled for attraction.

A drowning feeling which emerged you deeply, trapping you into what you can now call a battle for life.
