It was a usual day, scar was at work as it was a weekday and as normal, neko worried sick. She's always worried about where her caregiver is even if he reassures her a thousand times she will still be worried and overwhelmed which isn't a nice thing to come home to especially every day, this just puts more stress on scar and his work but he never shows it. He stays strong for his little as all caregivers should do.
Nekochan
She picks up the phone that her daddy had given her and scrolls threw the games for a few hours, still lying down in her pjs despite daddy given her a colourful board with rules which to do when she wakes up. **Brush teeth,Eat some fruit, Get changed,Brush hair and tail** despite her hating rules she still knew it was a part of being close to daddy and she needed to listen to them. She rubs her eyes before looking at the clock unable to work out the time as she has difficulty with this sorta stuff when she's little so she goes back on her phone pressing on the app that reads the time out aloud that her caregiver downloaded to help her and it reads out :*3:37* she knew the time her daddy finished work was 4:20 but she couldn't wait. she went threw the contacts and started calling him urgently.
Scar and Neko
He answered her straight away as Scar knows that leaving the phone going off for more than 2 rings worries and stresses out his little. That's the last thing he would ever want for her. He answers with a soft voice knowing his little probably only recently woke up. " everything okay baby girl? " he exclaimed with a tone of concern and confusion of why she is calling. " mnn.. " she replies making her caregiver laugh. " baby you know I don't speak in grunts use your big girl words." She huffs at him speaking quietly but just loud enough so you could make out what she was saying. " mnn..home dadda.." he smiles on the other side of the phone before reassuring her he will be home soon, having to end the phone so he doesn't get into trouble with his boss. Hearing her caregivers voice sent shivers down her spine his firm but gentle tone making her feel wanted and secure. She looks at the task board and goes to tick which tasks she has done realising she hasn't done any and won't receive any praise from her daddy. She rushed to brush her teeth and complete the rest of the chores. Once complete she curls in a ball in their living room full of wolf and kitten paintings/decorations slowly drifting off to sleep.
Scar
He returns home turning the corner to the living room "rawr! Oh she's not here-" he stops for a second and hears her sleep talking from the bedroom he chuckles and walks over the the bedroom slowly avoiding all the creeks in the floor, he slowly opens the door looking at his sleeping kitten he sits next to her waving a bag of cookies he got on the way home from work for her above her nose causing her to wake up and hit her head on the bag of cookies giggling. "Dadda!" She exclaimed as she wrapped her fragile body around him. He smiles softly holding onto his precious little giving her a soft smile and a soft kiss on the forehead "who's been a good little hmn? *gasp* not you?" She looks at him with confusion on her face as she always behaves "me has dadda no teasing! *she hits the bed huffing* " he laughs and cradles his little in his arms carrying her out of the room placing her favourite teddy Kiko in her hands as they exit. They walk over to the task board and when everything is ticked he grabs a kitten sticker off the shelf and places it on Nekos off pink coloured dress smiling lightly as he patted her head. "Im so proud of you, you have been such a big girl for me today!" She smiles once more enjoying her caregivers praise before she mutters a small "I l-love you.."
