Chapter two.

Well,Its been two weeks since the beginning of this game.
I'm part if the guild called "The Sword flappers" I know its corny,but we all have a good time. Jacob is the guild leader and my best friend.
Gena is the childish one even though she's two years older than me,who is technically the oldest.. I guess it's cause I'm 13.
Marc and John are good friends in the real world and then we have, Cornelian,Corn for short.
Jenna
and Yanna are twins. And thats the team I guess. We're going to try and beat another boss today. So,I stuffed my face with bread and packed the food bags. I was really close with these guys.
Other than my friends and family, these are my best friends.
"We're off to go!"
I met with the guild in front of the door.
"Ready everybody?"
"Ready!" I shouted back.
Everyone else screamed or nodded.
I smiled.
Then Jacob waved his hand. "Lets go"
I've been working on my agility stats...so I think I'm good.
We finally came to a gate after walking in.
"Layla,do you have the lunch bags?"
"Yep!" I took them out so everyone got their own.
"This is way better than that bread that they give us." Said Marc
"Mhmm!"Said Gena.
I sheepishly smiled.I used to cook with my mom when the butler wasn't watching or our chef wasn't watching either. It reminds me of my mom..
Jacob interrupted my thoughts. "Ok team!" Lets Go!"
Both Jacob and Marc opened the doors.
"Look!"A treasure chest!"said Gena
"It could be a trap guys!" Said Corn.
Jenna and Yanna ran in anyways.
"Wow!" Look at all this Kol!" (Money)
"No! Ge-" The door started to close. Everybody ran in. Bunches of these monsters everywhere. "Use your teleport crystals!"said Marc. "They don't work!" I shouted back. Jacob had already started killing the monsters. Ok.focus Layla. I jumped up into the air and twirled my sword on my finger.
I swiftly used my sword to kill monsters in one swipe. "EAUGH!" A piercing scream came out of a mouth. I turned my head around. Corn had fallen with many monsters around him.His hp was almost out."Stay there!" Jacob ,Yanna and Jenna had started running up to him just as I started.The monster took his axe and landed down on him. "EAUGHHHH!" Then his body went out into sparkles. Corn..is..gone. Yanna looked like she was going to cry. "No..No!" She looked mega-mad. Her sword moved swiftly as she killed many monsters at once. "NO!NO!CORN COME BACK!!!!". After we finally came out, Yanna collapsed and cried her eyes out. I shed some tears. Jacob looked heartbroken. Gena didn't even speak Jenna comforted her twin Marc hugged his knees together and sat by me on the ground. Nobody said a word while Yanna cried her heart out.
Jacob finally stopped the silence. "Everyone. We will be having a funeral for Cornelian Today. Please go back to our home and get ready. Yanna,Jenna and I will be there". The rest of us went back in silence. Even Gena.
As I went into my room, I wondered about what I should wear. I decided to go buy some from my shop menu. Man,I wish Corn was here...
