It was a Saturday morning, and Teruteru Hanamura walked into the kitchen of hope's peak academy to grab the Christmas cookies he had baked the night before to give to his classmates.

He flipped the light switch, and let out a yell of surprise when he saw not a tray full of colourful gingerbread men, but instead an empty one. Someone had taken the cookies.

The ultimate cook wasn't going to just let the thief get away with such a crime, there was no way he could. He needed to find the culprit, and he knew exactly who to call for help.

The brown-haired boy stood outside one of the hope's peak dorms, repeatedly pressing the doorbell without mercy. It didn't take long before the door opened, and there stood a still-sleepy Shuichi Saihara "Teruteru? What are you doing here? It's early" he asked.

"I'll explain later, Cmon!" The cook said, grabbing the taller student by the wrist and dragging him down the hallway.
"Wha- hey! I need to lock my door!!" The detective exclaimed, but Teruteru had a surprisingly strong grip, and refused to let him go.

The ultimate cook made his way to another dorm, and once again abused the doorbell until the door opened revealing Kyoko Kirigiri. "Can you not break my doorbell??? Teruteru, Shuichi, what do you want?" The girl questioned.

The navy-haired boy shrugged "I'm not sure why I'm here" he admitted.

Teruteru looked between the two "I need both of your help, there's been a crime!" He explained dramatically. The other two looked at eachother, and then back at the self-proclaimed chef

"What happened?" Kyoko asked. "Come, I'll show you" the shortest of the three responded, before walking off to the kitchen.

The trio were now back in the kitchen, and Teruteru had just given them an explanation of the disappearance of his festive treats, sparing no details. "So? Can you find out who stole them???" The boy pleaded, looking at the detectives hopefully.

"We can try" Shuichi responded with a nod. "But first, can we get changed?" He asked. It wasn't until then that Teruteru even noticed that the two were still in their pyjamas "Oh- right-" the cook said with a nod.

Once the detectives were no longer in their sleepwear, they decided that their first course of action was to get a rough timeframe of the crime, and from there start getting alibis. And so they made their way over to Teruteru.

"Okay first of all, do you know when you last saw the cookies and when you first realised they were stolen?" Kyoko asked, taking out a notepad and pen. "Well I left them here on a tray at around seven PM, and I found them missing this morning, which was at eight AM." The brown-haired boy recalled.

"That's thirteen hours in which the gingerbread men could've been taken," Shuichi thought out loud "Do you have any ideas on who might've wanted them?" He questioned.

The chef nodded "I can think of someone who could've done it..."

The duo walked outside, the winter air brushing against them as they made their way over to the field, where a certain brunette was working out.

"Hey Akane!" Kyoko called out, catching the attention of the ultimate Gymnast, who quickly ran over to the two "Kyoko! Shuichi! Hey! What's up???" She greeted, a massive grin on her face. "We're doing an investigation, and we're wondering if we could ask you a few questions" the purple-haired girl explained.
