As Thomas got back to his home he saw his friends getting ready for the day so he did too. Some asked what he was doing out so late but he answered with a simple "i was taking a stroll to keep my mind off of things." they would often leave him alone but still not satisfied with the answer they got.
Thomas was then ready to sell parts and things to people so he headed on his way to finish his work but on the way there he saw a car one that he wished to stop thinking about one that kept him up all night. he didn't want to cheat because he knows that mater would be upset and he didn't want to risk his relationship with mater just to have his heart broken by a red racing car that he hasn't even talked to but when he has the opportunity to he drives away like a cowered.
