Okay I forgot to add someone to Penny's friend group, Carrie.
Also since Bill can not physically go to reality his kids help him to get a body there. Also I don't think Bill would have a definite gender so I have decided that his physical body will look like a woman. He'll still have his lovely voice though.
Also I had this idea where Penny and the toons would have a triangle symbol on them so that Bill could watch them at all time. I haven't figured out how it would look on the others, but I know how Penny's would look like. I think Penny would try to make it work with his costume, I imagine that his symbol would be on his chest.
Also I imagine that when the toons were younger they would go hunting with Penny
