in last part we read that timeline is jhaajjar resort , lunch scene , and pramod was alone scrolling phone got pine nut allergy
he felt unusual nausea , his eyes start watering and nose running , the whole face and chest turned red with itching and bumps realizing
He had consumed a wholesome amount of pine nuts , yes the pesto had pine nuts and the salad contained the same nut dressing .Pramod was allergic to it and the worst symptom , his chest got heavy and throat itched having short breathing which made him more weak .🤧🤮🥶🥶
Most allergies occur when a person's immune system reacts inappropriately to food .
Pramod was alone there and couldn't ask someone for help , he started rubbing his throat and chest in order to get some ease , the redness has covered his face and all body up till now , agni with elder ruhails noticed his condition
Agni : dr.pramod ko kya hua wo aise kyu kar rahe hai ? He questioned , ran towards him .

They both went to his room and dr.khanna injected him with epinephrine injection which pramod had already bought with his stuff .The allergies are mostly treated with antihistamine used to block histamine and thus treating human bodies reaction .
As Dr.khanna came outside he saw everyone waiting outside.
He was a man in his 40s having brown skin , black hairs and a shine of intelligence on his face .One of Jay's junior doctors and a few years older than pramod . familiar with susheela as he visited chautala hospital a few months ago and met her .
