the wolves wonderd the valley in search for food once they found a heard of Elk they charged the elk ran but one was limping jackpot! a sick or ingured elk has NO chance suriving a wolf attack the alpha male clentched the the neck tearing the inside so the elk could not escape and then soon the sick elk died and the wolves ate their kill and went on back to the den where pups were hungry and waiting for their mother to return with meat that she would regurgitate meat that was not digested and give that meat to the pups.
