As we get look in worm's eye of point of view, Sonic was running a mile as if he broke the sound barrier, like there's never a tomorrow with his two friends from different worlds, Mario and Kirby. The plumber was grasping Sonic's right arm as he was closing his eyes like this is the end his story, and the pink puff ball was holding on to Mario's feet as they were blasting off like a rocket.
For a quick pace of action, the blue hedgehog did a triple spin attack along with the red Italian and pink Star Warrior as they were apart of the attack, hitting a few of Eggman's Bad-nicks in one hit in the way of where they're running. When the badniks were cleared out/destroyed out of the way, the three were closed to a grass-like ramp edge where the line ends.

When they jumped off the ramp, the three heroes did their acoustic tricks to recover themselves from falling, they made a dash for it to continue their journey/way of finding the Chaos Emeralds that are located in Möbius. There were some obstacles in their way, Sonic is more familiar of what's coming from the stage, but Mario and Kirby did their own thing of dodging things.
But obviously when there has to be conflict, there should ALWAYS be conflicts in a story! Sonic spotted a few of Eggman's robots in the way, so he did some good-old homing attacks on them side by side, then Mario punched a Buzz Bomber that was in the air as he did his classic Super Mario Jump to reach it, Kirby pounded on a Motobug with his whole body to destroy it... then he continue his way through the level. Just then, the team stumbled upon more bad guys that needed a beating from our heroes. For their first attack, Sonic jumped on top of a Motobug as he began to ride it after he did a few homing attacks on the other Motobugs, then Kirby kicked out of the air one Buzz Bomber as he grabbed the last one in the air as he ran with it in both of his hands. With the red Italian, he stumbled upon two Eggman robots that were orange and had blue eyes, Mario used his hammer to destroy one of by swinging it horizontally as it exploded in the background and the other tried to attack by shooting him with their gun at Mario... but unfortunately for them, he grabbed the orange robot with both his hands.
