Marinette and her friends were going for lunch. Marinette gets her lunch and sits on a free table while others were still getting their lunch. Marinette has started eating less for some reason and she also acts different. It's like she's hiding something from her friends and boyfriend. Well she was not the only one acting weird.
Marinette's POV
I walk up to a table which was free and get lost in my thoughts. I haven't even introduced myself, My name is Marinette or Yui- My real name. I'm originally from Japan but I moved to Paris cause of my parent's business, at least that's what they say. I also a quirk but my parents don't. I don't know why but its seems like everybody is acting weird around me these days. My parents are hiding something from me about Japan. Every time I ask them about my quirk and how I got, they always try to change the topic to something else. I also noticed my hair and eye color are different form them. I always ask them if I'm adopted or something but they never tell me anything. Suddenly i feel a tap on shoulder. I turn my head to see Alya. "Hey Marinette, u okay?? U were not eating and was zoned out for pretty long..." Alya said worried. "Oh yeah I'm fine just thinking of umm the p-project!! YEAH.. THE PROJECT!!!"I reply unsure "Okay?" Alya says sitting down.. We eat lunch chatting and Alya cuddling with boyfriend Niño.. Adrien Said he had to go for some work out of Paris, which was ... weird. He never goes out of Paris for modeling. But whatever.. My eyes land on Niño and alya blushing and cuddling.. Ugh! these 2 makes me feel so single...
No one's POV
After lunch, they had 1 more class. they completed and were heading home when alya asked something. " Hey guys what about the party??"she said. "What party??" Marinette asked.. " Did u forget Adrien is coming on his B'day. we were throwing him a welcome b'day party.." Alya told.. "Oh right so I will se-" Suddenly there was a loud bang.. 'Great another akuma' Marinette thought..."Guys I will see u later.. Bye!!" Marinette said running off.. "Bye??" Alya and Nino said confused....
