No one's POV:
Sasuke finally made it to the hospital after stopping by to grab some coffee for him and his friends. "Hey guy's" Sasuke said as he walked up to shikamaru. "Oh hey Sasuke" shikamaru answered. "I couldn't tell it was you, now that you look less like shit." neji said grabbing one of the coffee's.

"Wow thanks neji" Sasuke just sipped his coffee. "Sasuke did you get anything to eat?" shikamaru ask eyeing Sasuke. 'Shit I forgot' Sasuke thought before answering shikamaru question. "I forgot." Sasuke rubbed the back of his neck. Shikamaru just sighed before getting up. "I'll be back." was all he said before walking out of the hospital.

Now it was just Sasuke and neji. "Hey Sasuke" neji said breaking the silent."what's up?" Sasuke looked at neji taking a sip of his coffee. "What's so different about naruto then the other girls you had?" neji ask straight forward. Sasuke eyes widen, he didn't think neji would ask that.

Sasuke didn't know how to answer. Did he really love naruto that much? He was just a fake lover. Did he really mean what he said in the car? How did it end up like is? "I'm guessing by your silence you don't know." neji said breaking Sasuke out of his thoughts. Sasuke remain silent, just sitting there with his now cold coffee in his hands.

As Sasuke thought about it more and more, he finally realize. He loved naruto. Loved him more then anything. More then anything money can buy.
"Neji... I do love naruto." Sasuke said looking at neji with a single tear running down his face. Neji just smiled at the raven. "I didn't think you could love." neji said with a small laugh. "I didn't think I could." Sasuke said laughing softly.

"I bought McDonald" both neji and Sasuke saw shikamaru walk in the hospital with a McDonald's bag. Shikamaru handed Sasuke his food first then neji's. They just talked about random stuff and laugh too, they may be part of the mafia but they still have some kindness.

"WE NEED A DOCTOR!" all three men heard a nurse yelled from down the Hall. "WE NEED A DOCTOR IN ROOM 104 NOW!" then Sasuke realized it. "That's naruto room!" Sasuke shouted as he got up for the chair. "Sasuke wait!" shikamaru tried going to run after Sasuke but neji hold him back. "Neji let me go please!" shikamaru tried getting out of neji hold but it didn't work. All he could do was worried for Sasuke.

Sasuke ran. Ran like he never ran in his life before. All he could think about was naruto, "SIR YOU CAN'T BE HERE!" A nurse yelled but Sasuke didn't care he needed to see naruto. "SIR!" he heard the nurse yell again but he just he just ran past her. He finally made it to naruto room.

A doctor came up to Sasuke. The doctor hesitated before talking. "I'm sorry for your loss."was all he said before walking out. "No.." Sasuke walked closer to naruto's bed. He didn't want to believe it. He wanted it to be a sick joke but it wasn't. "No no no please don't leave!" Sasuke held naruto cold hand. "Please don't go, please!" Sasuke tried shaking naruto but it didn't work. "I LOVE YOU!" Sasuke yelled at the top of his lungs.

Both shikamaru and neji came running after they heard Sasuke yell. "I'm sorry.." Sasuke said as he fell to his knees. Sasuke was full on sodding, he did this. It was all his fault that naruto was died. Shikamaru and neji just stood there not knowing what you do.
