As I went to the restaurant, I can't help but be nervous. This is the first time I'm meeting someone in their family, let alone in public. As I was fidgeting with my fingers while listening to Boy meets evil, I noticed that I have arrived and saw them outside with their masks on. I was amazed at their presence and beauty. Everyone was so unique but very lowkey. I snapped out of trance as Yoongi shakes me.
"Hey, are you okay?", he asked, being concerned. "Yeah, it's just that, everyone is so handsome and beautiful.", you said a bit embarrassed and scratched the back of your neck. The boys were also taken back a bit from your response. Some were flushed, clearing their throat, and smiling uncontrollably.
"Are you guys ready?", says a waitress so that we can finally settle in. "Yes we are." as Jin said that, everyone went inside the restaurant, being led by the friendly waitress. She then grabbed some menu's for us all and told us to call her or anyone available if we are ready to order.
"Is it your first time here M/N?" Taehyung asked since he's right beside me. "Yeah, I never really got the chance since it's full every time I attempted to eat here." I said sadly. You understood the situation as it IS owned by the older brother of one of the most popular boy group members. "Since you're new here, we'll try our best to give you the best first time experience here." Hoseok said smiling. "Please you guys don't really have to try. As long as I get to spend some time with you guys..." You said flushing red, like really red ghorl its gonna be mistaken for makeup blush.
The boys' reaction was very mixed and chaotic. Jin fake ded and was caught by Jungkook, Taehyung was just smiling uncontrollably and just hugging you tightly, Yoongi following suit since he's also right beside you, Hoseok, Jimin, and Namjoon were just sitting there fake crying because of how an angel like you gets to be their significant other.
The moment was stopped as the waitress from before cleared her throat to get your guys' attention. "I'm sorry if I ruined the moment, but here's some complimentary drinks and side dishes for you to eat whilst waiting for your food." She hands us the drinks and side dishes and proceeds to take our orders. We finished telling her our order and went on her way to give it to the chefs.
I start tasting some of the side dishes and hummed in delight. It was so good that I just started eating a piece of every side dish. "It tastes that good huh?" Jin asked. "It feels so illegal to say this, but it tastes so much better than my moms."
"Man, you saying that just makes me want to tell on you." Jimin said evily, he genuinely thinks your moms cooking tastes much better. "PLEASE JIMIN HYUNG DON'T TELL HER PLEASE." "I won't tell her on one condition, since we did get to sleep at your house, it's time for you to sleep at ours, AND I get to cuddle with you next." I honestly saw this coming, I thought to myself. "DEAL, let me just tell my parents first." As I was about to grab my phone I can audibly hear Jimin saying YES and I laughed a bit. My mom and dad agreed that I can sleep over at the boys' place since my parents coincidentally had to work until really late at night to process some papers.
We waited for 10 minutes for our orders to be served to us. As we were eating and chatting about, someone came to our table. It was Jin hyung's older brother- aaand now the panic starts to set in. I try to compose myself and then saw a hand on my shoulder, it was Yoongi's. He tells me that it's all going to be fine and holds my hand. I breathed in and introduced myself. He was genuinely happy and welcomed me with open arms. He jokingly said that he got tired of seeing the boys' face all the time and got bored.
We talked for a bit with the members about myself and he shared some funny stories about them. He unfortunately had to take a call and get back to work since he owns the place. We all said goodbye and decided to have some dessert. So we called the friendly waitress and happily took our orders.
We finished eating our desserts and start to finish up and go home. Before I got in the van with the members I asked the waitress if we could be friends and if she wants to exchange numbers. She said yes and told me her name was Jessie. I just noticed that she has a rainbow pride flag pin on her apron and respectfully asked if she's part of the community. She said yes and that she was Gay and has a girlfriend and are together for 2 years. I told her that I was also Gay and am currently in a relationship with the members which shooked her for a bit, but she said that she's happy for me and would never tell a single soul about it and respect me and the members' private life.
We both hug and wave goodbye to each other as I get in the van. And here we are, back to whos lap I get to sit on part 435. This time, I get to sit on Yoongi's since the maknae line are visibly tired and started sleeping on their seat. When I sat on Yoongi's lap, he told me that I can also rest up for a bit and would wake me up when we get to their place. I said ok and closed my eyes. Before snoozing, he whispered something in my ear,"We love you so much M/N, please don't go away." With you hearing that, you turn to him and decide to hug him while sleeping. Before you finally get to sleep, you tell him, "I swear to Ariana Grande, Britney Spears, and Beyonce that I will never leave you guys." I kiss him on the lips and start to drift away to sleep with a smile on both of our faces.
He couldn't help but tear up a bit. Namjoon overheard us talking and saw Yoongi tearing up, he wipes the tear drop off his face and motioned Yoongi to put his head on his shoulder to also rest. Yoongi did that and Namjoon leaned his head on Yoongi's. The van being quiet with some relaxing musis playing in it, the trip back home was the comfiest they've all had in a while.
