My Cold Husband

Day Five

"Y/n... Are you in there?" I heard someone, moreover Taehyung, Speak as I was wearing my clothes after I finished showering.

"Yeah.. I'll be out in a minute." I spoke. Thank God he came back.

I got out of the bathroom as I saw him sitting on the bed.

"um.. I got food." He spoke showing me the bag.

"Oh okay..." I said drying my hairs.

"Aren't you gonna eat with me?" he said as I turned around to look at him.

Is he upset? He doesn't look okay..

"Yeah. Just give me a minute." I said as I started walking toward my suitcase to get my night cream.

But as I walking past him he held my hand.

I looked at hand and to his face as I noticed his tired eyes... Did I do that to him?

"sit. Please..." He spoke gently guiding me to sit on the bed beside him.

"Taehy-" I spoke taking a seat but got cut off by him.

"I'm sorry." He said looking into my eyes, "I know I shouldnt have reacted that way. You were just being polite. I acted like a jerk. Please forgive me. I never meant to behave like that."

"I know. It's fine. I know you didn't meant any of it." I said as I held his hand.

"I just don't know why I bursted out on you like that." he said looking down making my heartache.

He's so hurt because of me.

"Taehyung ssi." I said cupping his cheek with one of my hand, "I'm sorry too. I should have understand instead of arguing back."

"No. You werent arguing. It was me who didn't stop."

"It's okay now. Isnt it? I forgive you. Do you forgive me?" I said looking at him with a smile.

"Of course." He said softly like a little baby.

"Okay then it's all sorted. Isn't it?" I said still smiling.

"I'm sorry once again for my behavior." he said sighing.

"It's okay. Let's eat now?" I said as he smiled a little and nodded.

After that we ate silently and I quickly did my night routine as we laid by each other's side.

"Good night." He said putting a thin blanket over us.

"Goodnight Taehyung ssi." I said as I noticed his expression changing. His eyes showed some different emotions.

Why is it that I'm always unable to read his eyes? I understand they're showing something different but I can't quite put my hand on what it shows.

Why isn't he opening up? He's so closed off because of the wall he has built. It's my hard to make my way in there.

I just smiled at him as he smiled back and turned to the other side facing the wall.

Why is it just like the first night?

I sighed as I kept looking at the his back, thinking of what could have upset him now.

I slowly drifted off to my dreamland as I started seeing blankness.

"Shall we go?" Taehyung asked me making me nod.

We were heading out of the restaurant we just ate in.

"where are we going today?" I asked him.
