SOYEON POV

i woke up feeling a little better than last night.

i rubbed my eyes and looked at the time.

"6:06?! HOLY SHIT- I'M LATE!", i said to myself.

I changed my clothes and tied a ponytail on my hair.

before i got to open the door, there was a knock.

i rushed to the door and opened it.

"you are 7 minutes late, miss song.", mr. park said looking at his watch.

"i'm sorry, sir. i must have forgotten to set my alarm.", i said while looking at the floor.

"go make my breakfast and be quick."

i nodded and sprinted outside.

i headed to the kitchen and made a toast with jam and butter.

i added some water to the electric kettle.

i turned it on and grabbed a teabag.

i took the wooden tray that i use nearby.

i grabbed a teacup and placed the teabag then poured the hot water.

i walked inside his room and opened it.

i looked at him and saw him sleeping like a baby.

i smiled and woke him up.

"sir, it's time to wake up."

he got up and took a seat on the chair.

he grabbed a toast and started spreading the jam on it.

i left the room with a smile.

i got a text from my mother.

i opened my phone and saw the message.

"hi, sweetie! hope your able to come and talk to your father about something tonight. see you at 6:00 pm!"

i rolled my eyes at her text message.

i did not taken a liking at my father since i was young.

he was always mad and made me do things i did not want.

i waited for mr. park to finish eating so i can ask him something.

i walked in and prepared to speak.

"sir, may i go somewhere at 6:00 pm? my father has requested me to meet up with him."

"no, you cannot. you may meet up with him next time. i have guests coming for dinner tonight so you need to be here."

i sighed, "okay, mr. park. i understand that i have to be here."

i took the tray and left the room.

i texted my mom back and she said it's alright.

it's currently 5pm and mr. park said he has guests coming.

i prepared dinner earlier since i'll be making a lot.

i decided to prepare steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus.

i started preparing the meat.

i finished making the steak so i started setting up the dinner table.

i grabbed a bottle of red wine and placed it on the table.

i set the plates of steak in its proper place.

i waited for the guests to arrive.

i saw a car pulling up.

i looked at who was coming and saw...

my mother and father?!
