I get a call while we are at mc Donald's
D=Doctor, J=JC
D: Hello is this Justin Caylen?
J: Yes who is this?
D : I'm Dr.Hayfield and I'm here to tell you that your sister is it? Isabella Caylen has been in an accident. Please come to Mercy hospital as soon as possible. Thank you goodbye.
*End of phone convo
"Who was that?"Ricky asks
"Bella's in the hospital we need to get there now.
*SKIP RIDE TO THE HOSPITAL
I run in and as ask the receptionist "Isabella caylen?!?" "room 210" she says I run up the stairs to worried to wait in the elevator. I hear the guys running up the stairs with me. We get to room 210 and burst in. I see Bella in bandages. I drop to my knees and cry. I look and see Sam sitting in a chair next to her. I get up and grab the collar of his shirt "WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO HER!?" I DIDNT DO ANYTHING SHE TRIPPED WHILE PENNY BOARDING AND HIT HER HEAD. JESUS JC CALM THE FUCK DOWN. WHY ON GODS EARTH WOULD I HURT HER IM SOO FUCKING HELL IN LOVE WITH HER!!?!!,?!" He says. He falls to his knees and cry's his eyes out.
The doctor come in and says she in a coma and could wake up anytime from 30 minutes to 1 whole year. They don't know. That made me and the guys cry even harder.
Sam just asked for sometime alone so we are in the waiting room. My mom or dad still don't know about Bella. They will kill me if they found out I wasn't protecting her. I'm such a terrible brother.
SAMS POV
I Got to have time with Bella in her room alone. "Bella please don't leave me. I need you. Without you I'm nothing. If your gone then I'm coming with you. Please wake up. I can't do this without you. You are 100% no doubt my true love. I need you. So please please I'm begging you wake up." I squeeze her hand and start crying. I probably look like shit. I haven't left. The other guys have gone home to shower and stuff. I just shower here and the guys bring me clothes. "Bella I will stay here as long as you need. I will wait till I'm 100 years and older for you. Please wake up. I know you would want me to let you go and live my life. Have children,get married ,be a grandfather, but none of that matters if it's not with you. Please. I will always love you." Then she woke up.
