Respect (pt. 2)

(Author's POV)

"Alright Bakugo Recovery Girl said that's you can go back to the dorm- Oh. You already have all your stuff?" asked M/n.

"Why the hell are you here now?" asked Bakugo.

"I asked you a question first, but ok. I'm personally going to walk you back to the dorms," responded M/n.

"Why? I'm fine on my own," said Bakugo as he started walking towards the exit.

"Well, I need to know if you're accepting the request I left in that envelope I left you," M/n said as he quickly caught up to the normally raging teen.

"Oh that. I don't know if your quirk will help me so-" Bakugo was saying before he got cut off.

"Yeah about that, I thought I'd help you more on your anger and how to control it better, but I'd also be helping you with some extra support gear that's not only lightweight, but extremely useful to you and maybe those around you," M/n said.

Bakugo turned around and looked at M/n. M/n stopped in his tracks.

"Look, I know it's a bit far fetched, but I think I'll be able to help you. I don't want you to think I'm pitying you, I just don't want you to go through the same bullshit I put myself through. You're a good kid that has good as fuck grades it's just you get fired up quickly and then lash out. I've also noticed that you also bottle up your emotions and blame yourself for things that are out of your control. I just want to help you with the things that you do to yourself that are constantly hurting you," M/n sighed at seeing Bakugo's reaction. Bakugo was still looking at him questioningly.

"If you don't want to accept me wanting to train and help you that's perfectly fine. I don't expect you to accept quickly considering how I asked you right after we had our fight at ground beta. Just tell Mr. Aizawa when you want to meet me once you have your answer and I'll be there. Alright?" M/n asked the boy.

"Ok, but if I do accept then you better not go easy on me," Bakugo said with a smirk. M/n nodded and they began, more like continued, their walk back to the dorms.

-Small timeskip to when they're back to the dorms-

"Well, I'll leave you alone now and wait for your answer. Bye Bakugo," the elder said. Bakugo nodded at M/n before he walked inside. M/n having seen that Bakugo made it inside the dorms turned around to walk towards his car. (We're gonna pretend that you always had a car ok? It doesn't even have to be a car to be honest, it just needs to be a vehicle that you own.)

M/n sent Aizawa a text message that said Bakugo had finally made it inside the dorms safely as he was making his way towards his vehicle. He was thinking about what Bakugo would say to him wanting to be his mentor. Would he say yes? Would he say no? Would he just not answer? He had all these questions running through his mind. He just hoped that he would be able to help Bakugo if he did happen to agree to the request.
