Fire and Ice Academy
Many people spend a lot of time trying to figure out how they will die one day, they dread the details: how, when, and where. I wish that I could say I spent time wondering these things, but I already know how I will die. As a child my mom would tell me stories of monsters and demons, but she never meant to scare my she only attempted to teach me the base lesson I would use for the rest of my life, "Not all monsters do monstrous things". I am a monster myself; I am one of the worst and rarest monsters known to this world. My mother was a hybrid, but not the traditional one you would expect to see. She was part witch part werewolf, a very strange combination but a powerful one. My bastard of a father on the other hand is a demon, one of the most dangerous and evil demons to walk the earth. I have no idea what persuaded my mom to sleep with that guy, but she always liked to say that the union created me, so it was worth it. When I was eight my mom told me who I was and the horrors my father was known for. When I was ten, she told me why we moved around so often, we were running from my father.
When my mom was about seventeen, she fell for the dark mysterious guy like most teen girls do. Months later she found out she was pregnant, she thought he would be angry, they had never talked about having children, but he was ecstatic. She had never seen him so happy, until around month eight of the pregnancy. That was the time when my parents found out about my powers and what kind of creature I would turn into. Then, my dad was unusually overjoyed and when my mom started talking about wanting to hide me away until I was older for fear of people trying to use my power. Just the idea of this completely irritated him, he was enraged with the idea of her taking me away. That was when she saw him for who she really was and decided to run with me before I was even born, it was also when my father started hunting us down. A couple years later he finally caught up to us and he killed her, but because of a spell she cast he couldn't find me. Flash forward five years and I know attend a school that specializes in people with abilities like me.
My name is Allison, but most people call me Ally, I am a tribrid a mashup of three separate creatures all inherited from my parents. I am a witch, a werewolf, and a demon but I am more powerful than all three. That has given me a lot of enemies, and if I didn't receive them from just being who I am I received them from my father. But that only counts if people realize the connection which is rare, I look nothing like him, and I try my best to keep people from finding out. I could be best friends with someone and the second they found out my parentage they want me dead. It took me years before I found out it was because my dad had put out a bounty on me, this was a little different than a normal cash bounty. This is a demonic bounty and the reward if more power.
Today
"Heads up", yelled some obnoxious vampire across the lawn.
I turned my head and caught the soccer ball that had been hurled my way, I kicked it back with twice the force and it hit the poor kid in the head, knocking him to the ground. After a few seconds there was the sound of a throat clearing and I turned to face the sound, it was my girl best friend Zoey. She had red hair and green eyes that shinned like emeralds, she was short and almost busty. She dressed to show off that feature and I wished that I could do the same. Zoey was one of the most powerful banshees that I had ever met; and the ability to predict death was a helpful characteristic when deciding who your friends should be.
"So, are we feeling extra bitchy today?" She asked with a toothy smile on her face.
"Not any more than usual, and he was the one aiming at me, I was only returning the favor" I chuckled a little while.
The two of us continued to laugh off the experience while I prompted us to walk back towards my dorm room. My room was a medium size, it was painted a dark blue and had a bay window across from the door. I had decided to fill it with a queen size bed, nightstand, desk, dresser, and T.V. Along with several bookcases filed to the brim, I had always loved to read when I was younger my mother would read to me, mostly fairy tales with the Grimm Brothers endings. I laid down to take a nap when the door began to open. In came my handsome boyfriend.
