The Beach

(Max pov)
We just looked at each other is was awkward for a few minutes. I was crazy In love with this girl and I really wanted to tell her but I don't think she will ever feel the same way. Anyway, I asked her what she wants to do and she said "can we to the beach?" I have not went to a beach since I lived in California.
"Sure why not" I reply "yay But I don't Have anything to wear" she said " I can give you clothes silly" we both laughed and got dressed and started to walk to the beach. I was really happy to be with her she was so nice to me trusting and more, I wanted to tell her my feelings but I don't know. We got to the beach and went in the water, "hey Jane, Um I wanted to ask you if-" "I like you?" She cuts me off "y-yeah" "umm maybe" her face started to turn bright red. "So you do?" "Max, i- um there are many things that I like about you like your funny, trusting, your my best friend, and my c-crush" "Jane I love every single thing about you, your pretty and just a amazing person and plus you like me back, that is what makes me happy having someone that actually likes me" I reply. We hang out at the beach for a little while and then I asked her if she wants to go home with a smile on my face and she said yes blushing a little, i held her hand and we walk back to my house. I finally told my feelings and I held her hand I was definitely fruity and she was to lol. Anyway, we got to my house and we both took a shower and got dressed. "Jane, did you really mean what you said at the beach?"
"Ofc why would I lie to you". She was starting to stare at my lips and I did the same, and then it happened, Jane hopper was kissing me. I felt like myself every time I dated a guy I felt weird but now with Jane, I felt free for once. We started to "make out", well I think that's what it's called, it was like I was in one of those movies that the actors have to make out and they actually liked the kiss, that's what it felt like, but I was so happy about it that my heart was beating faster and fester. We stopped to catch our breaths we looked at each other and we started to laugh and she said " hey um max?" "Yeah what's up?" "Did you like the taste of my lips?" She had a smirk on her face. "Yeah, your lips taste like cherries" we both laugh. We talked for a while and then we got ready for bed "oh sh!t it's 1 am we have to go to bed-" Jane puts her finger on my lips and says "shhh, do you want to go to bed?" "No but we have school tomorrow" "fine, but we're am I going to sleep?" Jane says "On my bed silly" "and you?" She says Concerned"On the floor" "no your not your sleeping with me. And me only, got it?"
"Ok ma'am, but let's change first ok?" "Ok" she replies. We get dressed and went into bed and looked at each other "max?" "Yeah?" "I love you" " I love you more" "no I love you more" and they do it for like 5 mins and then they do ✨couple things✨
