"Y/n?" My mom's muffled voice came through my door as she knocked. Spring put me down and disappeared into my closet.
Clever man...
"Sorry! My boss called. I'll be out in a second!" I replied. "Oh, alright! We'll be downstairs." I could practically hear my mom's smile. I sighed as I heard her footsteps fade away.
Springtrap came out of my closet and looked over at me with a small smile. I smiled back a bit.
"I need to change, Spring." I chuckled as I got some clothes out of my dresser; a hoodie and some black sweatpants. Springtrap hummed and turned around, facing a wall. I smiled softly and quickly changed, telling Spring it was okay to turn around after.
"I'll check on you whenever I can, okay?" I asked, walking over to him. He nodded and leaned down, pressing his nose to my forehead. "When will you be back up to sleep?" Springtrap asked. "I'm gonna call Scott to see if he has another job for me and I'll decide then." I smiled as I looked into his silver eyes. Spring sighed but nodded. "Don't worry, my parents will be gone soon." I assured him before walking away. "I'm gonna miss you." Spring huffed. "I'll be downstairs, you'll be fine." I chuckled.
I left my room, making sure to lock my door, then walked downstairs, seeing my mom on the phone.. my phone.
"What the hell?!" I yelped, running over to her and snatching my phone from her hand. "Hello?" I asked, bringing my phone to my ear. "Y/n! Hi! How're you feeling?" Scott asked. "Uh, I'm good? Why was my mom on the phone with you?" I asked, glaring at my mom. She just held her hands up and smiled. I huffed quietly before turning around and walking to the kitchen.
"I called to tell you about another position I have available! Your mom answered and said you were busy. But I can tell you now!" Scott exclaimed. I hummed, telling him to continue.
"We've decided to re-open our first establishment and try the original animatronics again. You can be a night guard there? Same idea, just 4 animatronics and a battery system rather than rebooting system, sound good?" Scoot briefly explained. "Yeah! That sound's great!" I smiled, happy he didn't blame me for the fire.
"Are you planning on rebuilding the horror attraction?" I asked. "It's an idea many people have mentioned. We're going to go through with the new and improved pizzeria and get some money before we do, though." Scott explained. I hummed. It was quiet for a moment before I asked, "When do I start?" "Next Wednesday, that's assuming you're doing okay from the fire." Scott chuckled. "I'm doing great, actually," I laughed a bit myself. "I'll see you next Wednesday."
As Scott hung up, I turned around and glared at my parents. "What was that?" I asked. My mom just smiled at me before grabbing dad's hand and walking to the door.
"We just wanted to check in on you sweetie! We'll see you at Christmas!" Then they were gone. I sighed as I stood near the front door, staring at it. I looked down and closed my eyes, beginning to rub my temples.
I felt strong, human-ish arms wrap around my waist, Springtrap's mechanics whirring behind me.
"At least you-ou've got me." Spring smiled, his voice glitching slightly. "I always have you. It seems like you never leave." I groaned jokingly. "I always come back, love." Springtrap laughed [ ;) ]
I smiled a bit and turned around, looking up at him. Spring smiled at me before pressing his nose to my forehead. "Is that a kiss?" I, very impulsively, asked. Springtrap froze as he looked down at me, his eyes glitching from silver to a purple-y red then back.
"I don't mind if it is." I smiled up at Spring, hoping to reassure him. Springtrap looked slightly away from me and nodded his head, his eyes fading to that purple-red color.
I smiled a bit more and went on my toes, pressing my nose to his cheek before pulling away and looking into his eyes. Springtrap's eyes were much brighter, making the color slightly wash out.
Springtrap went to say something but ended up a stuttering mess. "Something wrong, Will?" I smirked. Spring huffed a bit a looked around, gathering confidence.
Springtrap looked back at me before pressing his nose to just above my lips, holding it there before walking back upstairs.
I stood there in shock.
Holy fuck..
