so i had a headcanon that when tommy was in exile, dream had carve a smily face at tommy's neck. it does nothing at first but after the revival, dream had access to control tommy but it only work when tommy is sad/broken. when dream control tommy, one of the smily face eye that is carve to tommy's neck will glow green.
