It' starts when Karishma gave her resignation , i am not gonna write much about others bcoz my focus is on Kareena

A fine day at Mpt , But not for all , Haseena was sitting on her chair , lost in her thoughts , When Ps entered
Ps : Jai hind maddam sir , Hm : jai hind pupshpa ji , Ps : maddam sir wo duty hours khatam ho gye hai , to , Hm : ji....ji hum bass ja hi rahe thhe , ( Ps gave a smile and left , Haseena too left )
While driving Haseena was remembering all her moments spent with Karishma , their love , care , takrar etc. , Tears were flowing from her eyes , which were making her vission blurry , and maling it difficult for her to drive , at a point it become completly blurry she wasn't able to see , So by mistake her car bumped into a tree , and she fell unconcious . Blood was coming out from her forehead , the people surrounded the car called ambulance and took her to city hospital
Some one recognised her as S.H.O HASEENA MALIK , so he rushed towards MPT .

Karishma was feeling restlessness Ps saw that and asked her
Ps : kya hua ? Sab thik to hai na ? ,Ks : pata nhi pushpa ji kuch ajeeb sa lag raha hai aisa lag raha hai kuch bura hone wala hai , Ps : kuch nahi hoga apko bss weham ho raha hoga , Ks : Hmm... , Ps: chaliye duty khatam ho gayi hai ghar chaliye , Ks : ji , Ps : cheete aaj tumhri night duty hai so matt jaa , Cc : ji
Karishpa were about to leave when a Man ( M ) entered MPT
M : Madam Madam..... , Ps : are are shant ho jao shant ho jao aise bhaage bhaage kahe aa rhe ho ? , M : wo Haseena madam , Cc : aey babu ae Haseena madam ghar ja chuki hai , M : are mera kehne ka matlab hai Haseena madam ka accident ho gaya hai , All : kya!!? , M : ha unahe city hospital leke gaye hai , Ks : ama , dekho tum agat ye baat 1 percent bhi jhooth hui na to tumre chithade uda denge hum samjhe ,? ,M : are madam mai sach keh raha hu , Ss : madama bhi time waste nhi karte hai fatafat hospital chalte hai , Ks : ha chalo .
Karishma swiftly drove bike towards Hospital , while other were coming on Auto
In hospital , Karishma entered and asked the receptionist ( R ) about Haseena
R : ma'am wo iss waqt emergency ward me hai
Ks without replying rushed towards the ward while others were following her , Karishma was running with teary eyes
