"Henry stop!" Talia shouted at the seven year old as he rode his toy car across the dining room table. She looked horrible, having dark under eyes and messy, knotted up hair that hadn't been brushed in a day or two.

"Henry, go play upstairs while I talk with Talia okay?" Blair sweetly asked ushering the child up the grand staircase to his room. "Let's talk about this" Blair said sitting down across from her. Chuck who had just exited his office wandered into the kitchen for a cup of coffee before coming to sit down next to Blair, his wife.

"There's nothing to talk about. My dad said I'm not his child"

"Who's child are you then?" Chuck asked, his eyebrow raised and his face looking intrigued.

"Does that matter Chuck? Have you called your mom?" Blair asked pushing the house phone towards her.

"Yes, she denied it all. Said Jack must have been drunk or something" Talia continued. She couldn't even bare call Jack her father, not at this moment. She was disgusted with what had taken place that night.

"What do you believe?" Blair asked. Talia looked over to Chuck who was thinking hard, concentrating on something other than the conversation.

"Who did Jack say was your father?" Chuck asked once more. "Chuck, stop!" Blair warned.

"I don't-"

"My father before he tried killing me said there would be an heir, there always was" Chuck revealed looking at Blair. "Jack told you he wasn't the father, just the uncle I assume" Chuck asked. Talia broke down in tears confirming Chuck's theory. He stood from his seat pacing back and forth a few tiles. "That means-"

"She's your sister" Blair said jumping up from her seat and grabbing Talia in a hug. She stroked her back and hair, wrapping an arm around her for comfort.

"Dorota" Blair called out. "Can you get us some tea please"

Talia sobbed thinking back to the night she had left the club.

Her face stained with tears and mascara. She was slowly coming off her high from space coke and sobering up from the martinis she downed.

Talia walked into the building, dragging her feet tiredness taking over.

"Miss, you must check in" the new doorman called out, he was unaware of who she was.

"I'm a Bass" was all she said still shuffling towards the elevator. She pulled the electronic key fob out of her purse as she stepped into the elevator, placing it against the pad which lit up the penthouse button. She tried to compose herself somewhat on the ride up, but it was no use. She was a total hot mess.

The elevator dinged and she quietly walked in, dropping her purse on the floor next to the couch and passing out.

The following morning, Henry innocently woke her up, poking at her face.

"Mommy" Henry called out. Blair was walking down the stairs, wrapping her robe around her when she noticed the passed out teenager on the couch begin to stir.

"Henry, come" Blair said waving him away. She looked up to Chuck who was coming down himself to deal with whatever was going on. Chuck walked over, poking her slightly harder than Henry had.

"I'm sleeping" she groaned, rolling over.

"She's alive" Chuck laughed, joining his family for breakfast before they sent Henry off to school.

"Not to mention I found Jack with cocaine" Talia blurted out wanting to get it off her chest. "He freaked out when I confronted him"

"Seeing your condition the other day makes me question what you were on. Gossip girl was incriminating but not explicit on the drugs" Chuck said, Blair gave him a look to shut up.

"Space coke, a mix of cocaine and ketamine but I'm done with that. Promise. I'm also swearing off martinis" Talia muttered. Blair looked baffled at Chuck. Today's youth was from what they experienced at the same age.

"Okay, look if I learned anything from Serena's partying days is you need to talk to someone. I have a therapist in mind" Blair suggested getting up from the table and running upstairs to find her telephone book.

"Why'd he do what he did?" Talia asked, trying to control her breathing from all the crying she had done.

"I suspect Bart concocted a deal with your mother to keep Lily, he had already cheated once. A daughter thrown into the mix wouldn't have been good. Jack must have made money off the deal too"

"Jack did mention a few weeks ago at a school function that my mom and him had a promise and I wouldn't understand. Why pretend for all these years?"

"The deal must have ended on your 16th birthday" Chuck assumed. Talia sighed.

"Great, I have no father and an absent ruthless fake father who no longer wants me" Talia laughed, trying to cope with humor.

"We will figure this out. I promise" Chuck stated as Blair came down scrolling through her big fluffy pink notebook.

"I swore I had a therapist named Erica, or was it Erin written in here somewhere" Blair said. Henry followed behind her, two cars in hand. He hesitantly walked up to Talia, extending out one of the cars in his hand.

"I'm going to win" Talia said all cheerful, grabbing the car. She rushed upstairs with the boy, the two racing the cars on a track.

"I won" Henry exclaimed. Talia pretending to be upset asking for a redo, Henry all happy agreed.
