Chapter 8

PAYAL'S POV -

" why you don't want to come back home "

the voice was of none other than Dad. Tears came into my eyes.

"hello" he spoke but no Payal, you can't cry.  Yes, you can't cry.

I composed myself and spoke

" I called to talk to mom, I don't have time to talk to strangers. " I spoke. I know how much this stranger word is hurting me but I have to control myself. 

" Prin...." before he could say further I disconnected the call and cried my heart out.

Why god? why Dad choose that job, not me? when I asked him, why he didn't understand me? why?

After 15 minutes I washed my face and without eating anything went towards my bed.

I was about to sleep when I got a call it was from Kiara.

I picked up the call and spoke

" Hey Kia" I spoke

" Hey, payu!! how are you?? how was your first day ?"

she asked me. I smiled and told her about my first day

" Okay in which company are you working ?"

" Kia I am working in Khanna enterprises " the line was silent for some time and then she spoke excitedly

" you know Avyaan's best friend is the Ceo of that company. You have met him at my wedding " I was confused as I don't remember.

I think she got to know that I Didn't remember him so she spoke

"it's fine if you don't remember but On Friday Avira and Kiaan's birthday is there and they want their Maasi(Aunt) to be there " I smiled and said

" I will come, don't worry And tell my little munchkins to just order me. There is no need of request.  " she laughed and we talked a little and disconnected the call. 

I laid on the bed. As my day was so tiring, I slept within five minutes

SHAMBHAVI'S POV -

when that Karan blocked m,e my heartbeat started thumping and I was nervous. But I composed myself and scolded him. 

But when that jerk tried to kiss me, I wanted to kill him.  I ran away from there. 

Seriously why is he behind me ??

When I was going, someone pulled me towards the washroom and it was none other than Chris bro.

" Bro what happened?" he looked at me and spoke

" Sham I am hell tired of asking Payal but she always ignores me. what should I do you only tell me " he requested me? But how can I help him ?? I can't force Payal to love my brother .

I think it's not her fault. It's just that she doesn't like him.

I huffed and spoke

" bro, it's not her fault even. you should forget her. she doesn't like you. Why you are behind a girl who doesn't even like you? please bro don't spoil my relationship with her.  She is my best friend and I don't want to spoil my relation with her

Moreover, I didn't even tell her about me being the second heir of the Jha industry, what if she gets to know " I spoke my heart out to him. 

Bro looked at me and spoke

" so you want to say I should leave her !! Seriously how can I leave her, I loved her for 2 years.  I know in starting I just wanted her for  one night stand but now,  I seriously love her and if she is not mine, so she is of no one "

he spoke and went from there

" BRO" I shouted but no use. Why the hell this is happening with Payal only ??

I am feeling very bad now. I know I helped bro but if Payal gets to know my reality she will never talk to me. She will stay away from me.

NEXT DAY -

ARYAN'S POV-

Today I am very busy as I have many meetings. Karan was speaking about the schedule and I was listening. 

When he finished, he spoke excitedly

"Bro I am very happy I got to know her name "

"what's her name ?"

I asked curiously. somewhere I also want to know her name. And I am also curious.

"Shambhavi Jha " he smiled proudly like he found a masterpiece

oh so her name is Shambhavi.
but what I will do knowing her name??

Just a second ago you wanted to know her name and when you got to know, you are saying what you will do knowing her name !! Aren't you behaving like bipolar?

Uhhh.....leave it !! I don't care. Why I am talking to myself ?? Leave it Aryan.

"ok now go and arrange all the things for the meeting " he nodded and went.

I decided to take a round in all the departments when suddenly I got a call.  it was from Kiara. 

"Hey bhabhi, I thought you forgot me " I chucked.

"No Aryan, I didn't forget you.  it's just that you know on Friday Avira and Kiaan's birthday is there so I was busy with the preparation. And yes, you have to come. " I smiled and said okay.

I was about to disconnect when she spoke or we can say asked me

"Aryan how is Payal working? "

now, who is this Payal? I was thinking about her only when she spoke

" Aryan are you there ?" I came out of my thoughts and spoke

" Yes, Bhabhi but who is this Payal ?" I asked her confusingly.

" oh I am sorry, I mean to say one of my friends, Payal has joined your company so, I want to ask how she is working?? "

one second, her name is Shambhavi then how her name is Payal. My head will burst thinking. what is happening !?

" Oh, but bhabhi her name is Shambhavi.  I think so.  " I said to her confusingly.

" Shambhavi??? who is she ?? her name is Payal. Wait I am sending her photo "

she sent me her photo and it's that girl only who shouted at me.

" Oh yes, She is working good and Bhabhi I will call you later "

she nodded and I disconnected the call. Stop thinking about this matter Aryan. She is just here for work. Why do you care about her name ??

I shrugged my thoughts and directly went towards the meeting hall.  I was going, when someone bumped with me.

Shit! already my mood is not good and now this. 

But when I saw the person, I was lost in the brown eyes.  That beautiful eyes were attracting me towards them.
