Playing Cards♥ (Chishiya x Reader)

"There you are" Kuina waved, seeing you head their way.

"You took a while" Chishiya added, "What happened to your outfit?" Kuina questioned.

"Oh I just- needed to take a shower, you know after the game..........." you tried to think of an excuse.

The three of you decided to head over for some food (idk what the place looks like, help me🥲).

Everyone was settled in, until you noticed Alice rushing through the halls.

"I'll be right back" you got up, "Again?" Kuina wondered, "Yeah sorry" you went straight to the hallway Alice was seen in.

As the two ate their meals, you found Alice in a corner.

You walked up to him, "Hey, you ok?".

The moment you realized his eyes were a bit teary, you were extremely worried.

"I'm perfectly fine" Alice tried to look away.

You pulled his face towards yours.

"Please just let me help you" you were up against him while his back was on the wall.

He was surprised by your actions, you started to wipe away his tears gently.

Alice blushed from how close you were to him.

You gave him a tight hug, hoping he would then tell you what the matter was.

As his hands came out of his pockets to hug you back, you looked him straight in the eyes.

"W-what?" He asked, "Can you tell me now?" You were eager to know.

"Fine" Alice sighed, you held onto his shoulders, not letting go.

"It's just what happened at the latest game," he looked away, "it reminded me of my friends".

"I don't understand" you tried to face him.

"They.. gave their life to save mine" his face became pale.

"I'm sorry" your eyes softened, "Why? You didn't do anything wrong" Alice replied, glancing at you.

"You got so upset when I picked my answer," you stared at his chest, "I don't connect with people, so I'm sorry, I don't know what it's like".

He immediately hugged you, he wouldn't let go.

You felt a smile appear on your face, as you dig your head into his shoulder.

"I somehow feel better" he got up, looking at you.

His smile cheered you up, all of your doubts left, you were finally at peace.

He gave you a little pat on the head and you rushed back to your friends.

"Where's Chishiya?" You couldn't find him.

"He left me, you guys are mean," Kuina gave a little cry, "he said he'll be back though".

You both wait for him, patiently.

"Finally!" Kuina was looking directly behind you.

As you turn around, Chishiya was waving back.

He sat down, but he wasn't the way you left him, he was acting strange.

"What did you do?" You wondered, "I had to go get my phone" he replied.

He seemed to be focused on his thoughts and didn't talk much after that.

Kuina and you chatted for a bit, while Chishiya just sat there looking at his hands.
