The person on the right is her appearance when she was created by her mom/or her appearance when she does her elemental burst.
Her mom created her using the stars and With her Dna, which makes her look like a person and look like her mom.
So yeah she's kinda human? Half stars half human :] and when you cut her, she doesn't have any organs it's just void with the same color of the person on the right.
Kirsa is also known as the snow wondering knight cuz she always spends her days in dragonspine, when she heard that dragonspine is dangerous and alot of adventurers visit it, she wanted to atleast help them by : lighting the dead torches up., giving them food etc, so that they won't die on the cold.
She also knows astrology but doesn't care about it so she would rather pass that information to someone else, either, klee, mona, alice, etc.
