Barbara was at work when her boss calls her into the office and tells her that she needed to help a girl named Eleanor and asked if she can take care of her since no one else would do it.

Barbara's p.o.v: 'Oh no I forgot my phone i guess I'll tell my boss that I'll have to go and get it-' "Barbara can I see you in my office please?" I heard my boss calling me i went inside "so....what's going on?" "you see.....theres this. Girl who was beaten up by her father who is now in jail so what I'm trying to say is...could you take care of her?" i was shocked but i felt sorry for the girl I was silent for a few seconds then finally asked. Poor girl "you must be Eleanor I'm dr.lake but you can call me Barbara" i said with a smile She only nods her head 'guess she's not really much of talker i mean her father was. Abusing her' i thought to myself "my boss asked me if I could take care of you and I said yes I hope that's ok with you" "I'm fine with it" "ok well let's go I forgot my phone and I'll tell my boss where you are ok?"
