chapter 4 - the past part 4

It was Monday morning,which means it's time for school.

Bestie is getting ready to go to school since she's feeling alright.

'I can't wait to see Meleis again :D'

Meleis is also getting ready for school,he also can't wait to see his 'bestfriend' too.

'Bestie is all well now, I can't wait to see her!'

Both of them got out of their house at the same time,then they look at each other. Bestie smile at Meleis when she saw him. Meleis can only wave awkwardly while looking at her cute face.

"Meleis don't forget to bring your food!" He shiver when he heard his mother's voice. Then he took the food that she's holding.

When he was about to go to his father's car,Bestie mother spoke up.

"Meleis,I can send you together with Bestie if you want to." She smile at him.

'Together...'

'WITH BESTIE?!'

He got shock when he hear that. Meleis look at Bestie face to see how she'll react.

She have a very happy expression. Like very happy. Super duper happy.

"But Dos,are you really alright with that?"

"Hahaha! Don't worry about it Geesha!" She said to Meleis mother with a thumbs up.

"I see, alright then. Meleis,take care alright?" He nod at her.

As he was about to turn his head back,he felt something touch his hand. It's Bestie's hand.

She drag him till they reach inside the car. After they both already went in, Bestie smile at him happily. He could only stare at her beautiful smile as his face is covered with red colour that probably defeat the colour of tomato or an apple.

Throughout the journey, it's quiet. Very quiet. It's awkward too.

"Oh, it's seems like we've reach."

"Be sure to be careful out there alright. Have a nice time studying!" Ms. Dos said as she drop them to school.

When Meleis is about to go inside the school,Bestie drag him with her.

"O-oi wait a minute!"

Then they reach their destination.

The bully is looking at Bestie right now. He was planning to pull her hair and do some nasty prank on her after she returned,however Meleis just get in his way. It's like everyone feared Meleis. He's rude but sometimes actually help with some people. It's really rare to see him getting along with Bestie.

And so the bully just keep quiet.

It was time for the project. Bestie and Meleis haven't started it yet, everyone else already hand in their work. But it's alright,the teacher is really kind.

"It's seems like Bestie have returned. It's good to know that she's all well. Anyways,everyone already hand in the project except for Meleis and Bestie. Both of you come to the front I want to have small talk with you."
