When something horrible happens

When something horrible happens

Such a horrible event that you get flashbacks to a few months back

When something even more horrible happened

Because it happened so close

So close that you don't know what you would have done when it really did happen

But now you don't know if it really happened or not

Until it's solved

Until you know it's 'alright'

But inside you know it's not alright

And it won't be alright

Until they're alright

Until it's all in the past

It is in the past but still so active

So active in your mind and in their house

Their house

Their house must be so chaotic right now

Everyone in that house must be so upset

Scared

Scared that it might happen again

'Cause it happened a few days ago

'Cause they found out about their child

Scared that their child will do it again

And friends

Scared

The friends and many other people are scared that it will happen again

The only thing you can do is pray

Hope

Pray and hope that it will not happen again

That it will be solved

That it will be alright

That they will be alright.
