The kings day, crowded full of dancing and singing people. Katherine was crouching through all the happy people's legs, she didn't want to be seen. Unsurprisingly all she wanted was to steal some food and run off. Originally their plan was to get free food, but much of that was hard to find at a festival for wealthy people. All of a sudden someone grabbed her at the collar of her ripped up dress she found in the garbage the night before. It was a boy, not much older than her. "Hey you!", said the boy, she started to panic, "You look hungry, here's the rest of my supper, or actually all of it, I'm really not that hungry, you can have it!" The girl was fascinated, such a nice boy offering HER food?! She politely thanked the boy and ran off with three hole plates of delicious meat and veggies. Later that evening, she and her family were eating all the food, it was too much for her, so she decided to share with Oscar. It was all SO good! She wished she could've given that boy something in return. After the supper she was very full. Katherine hadn't been this happy in months, she could've cried, but she couldn't even shed a tear of delight.
