Ruth-Marie was an average girl with average flaws, and a somewhat average life. Since her parents were mostly not around due to working, her best friend was her grandpa, Dr. Otto Von Scratchansniff. He's always helped her with her issues, and that was all she ever needed. Until one day, she found out about his death of a heart attack, and was put into a deep, depressive state. She even went through the 7 stages of grief.
It was so bad, not even therapy worked. She wanted revenge. Revenge on the ones who caused Otto to get his heart attack. Immediately, she blamed the only people- err- toons who she knew drove him up the wall... the Warners.
She was enraged. So enraged, she went to Pinky and The Brain and bribed them to make an anti-toon fog machine- a machine that would block a toon from using magic for as long as the machine can go. From 5 seconds to 50 years. As long as she helped them take over the world. So she did.
She set the machine to 14 months, because in those months, she would have to move away from Burbank to another country, so her parents could work at their jobs. And it worked. Everyone was confused, but nobody had a clue what was causing the tons to lose their powers.
Finally, it was time for Ruth-Marie to strike. Without their toon powers, the Warners couldn't defend themselves from the angry tween. And she captured them, locking them into the basement in her house. She tortured them in any way she saw fit, whether it was physically, which was mostly Wakko, and mentally, which was mostly Yakko and Dot.
This pain went on for 4 months, before the three were able to convince Ruth-Marie that what she was doing wasn't right. After having a huge cry-time, with comfort from the Warners, Ruth-Marie sincerely apologized for her actions, and made it up to them by making an antidote for the anti-toon fog.
10 months later, Ruth-Marie still moved, whilst thanking the Warners for what they've done for her.
Nobody knows about the machine Pinky and The Brain built still, and as for the two mice, they still failed to take over the world as always, even with Ruth-Marie's help because... she was just a broken tween, not Adolf Hitler.
In her new home, her parents were able to spend more time with her, which made her happy, and slowly, but steadily, they worked through Otto's death and moved on, living peacefully.
As for the Warners, they just continued being the Warners, but... Ruth-Marie's abuse still had an impact on them. They were now a bit more sensitive for the things she's done. Yakko, his insecurities, Wakko, his body, (basically, he has sensitive spots all over his body that immediately start hurting whenever you lightly touch them) and Dot, about her worth, or title as the cute Warner
